サファガのスパ付きホテル

We are here for 7 nights. It’s great vibes and many of stuffs are very friendly. It’s our first time in Egypt and we have a lot to learn. There is no price for ANYTHING. Not in the shop, spa etc. When sellers come around and ask if we were interested to any kind of treatment. You would first hear the price which is 4-5 times more than what you can get in Hurghada. When you point it out. (Seller gave us a price of spa treatment which was more expensive than a nice spa hotel in Sweden 😅) They will give you a “better price” which still much more expensive than outside the hotel. I gave up and didn’t even want to discuss. This kind of things I never face in 5* stars hotel anywhere. BEWARE of a pharmacy outside the hotel. This place will rip you off. My son had a headache and I asked the hotel reception if they have some paracetamol which they didn’t have (also very weird for a 5 stars hotel, compare to when my son was sick in Dubai and the hotel sent a doctor to the room, checked everything without any extra fee.. this hotel didn’t even have paracetamol 😅) I went to pharmacy next to the hotel and they wanted to charge us €25 for a small pack of paracetamol 😂😅 5 of 5 to Ms Mariam who helped us and managed our stay. 4 of 5 for the hotel room. It’s not look like in the picture as it look much more older but it is ok. Ms Mariam gave us an upgrade to a seaview room which was amazing. The room is very dated but the view was fantastic 1 of 5 for Amarina spa I made mistake booking my first appointment to do hair colour. They said, it included cut, colour and treatment. Ending losing 5 hours because they made mistake with my hair and I did not get “treatment” as promised. This is why I do not trust or book another treatment with them again. They got my hair right at the end but 5 hours and did not get a treatment after I was promised was not ok. I showed one of them how it was day after but all she gave me was a very tiny oil package for my hair 4 of 5 at the Italian restaurant. Food taste good but they forgot my son’s dish. 3 of 5 at Ziena 2 of 5 for choices of breakfast 4 of 5 for lunch 5 of 5 for the friendly and good service to those bartender at beach bar/pool bar and 24/7 bar 5 of 5 to all the guys with all activities inside the hotel. Aqar-gym.. Yoga, beach volleyball etc.. you guys are amazing ❤️ 5 of 5 to the stuffs at the restaurant. ❤️ Some of them even remembered my son was sick so he checked him out. Very nice of you guys ❤️ Taking taxi with Uber is painful. You ordered Uber, they changed the price. Tips to you guys to order from Agoda / *********** so you don’t have problem to argue with taxi at the hotel or Uber
