We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade on arrival to a suite, which was a lovely, spacious room - very nice!
However breakfast wasn’t great - only one member of staff doing her very best to seat guests, take orders, serve and clear tables….really not fair on her.
First attempt at coffee failed…..it wouldn’t pour from the cafetière as way too many coffee grounds used!
The scrambled egg with the Full English was floating in liquid and was inedible….disappointing. Pastries on the buffet were undercooked. Food quality needs to improve!
