ブルーグリーン バケーションズ グランデ ヴィラズ アット ワールド ゴルフ ビレッジ(Bluegreen Vacations Grande Villas at World Golf Village)

My wife and I stayed here via an RCI timeshare exchange. While it is located in St. Augustine, it is several miles northwest of the historic old town of St. Augustine. It is located in the World Golf Village, which is a large area comprised of golf courses, residential areas, commercial areas, etc. The timeshare itself has several amenities and it appears to be fairly well-maintained overall with all of the features in our unit in good working order. The setting is beautiful with golf courses, old growth trees, and lakes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with only one negative. They can be rather aggressive in trying to get you to attend a Blue Green 'preview'. In order to get your parking pass, you must talk to the concierge after you check-in. The woman we talked to was very polite but simply refused to take 'No' from us for an answer. Finally, I lost my temper and told her I was leaving and I walked out. We got two follow-up calls to our room attempting to do the same thing but using some type of excuse for the call and I had to call the front desk and tell them to put a note on our account to stop calling. We have had much more aggressive approaches at other timeshares but it can get irritating to have to repeatedly keep say 'No'. We would recommend this place when staying in the area, just be assertive if you don't want to go to their sales presentation.

Excellent stay, great pool great service great location. Will return again, great for golfing, close to Jax, FL and St Aug. Loved the BBQ grills near the resorts and the security provide by the resort.

The staff were always courteous and eager to help. The unit was spacious. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Floors needed to be cleaned. WiFi was weak and stopped working at times. Great pool and playground. Planned activities were enjoyable for children.

We stayed in building 5. Unit was dated, dirty, noisy. No AC for 2 days. Put on new white socks and after walking in the bathroom and kitchen they were black from floors. The washer & dryer were old and after washing and drying we had rust stains in our clothes. People were smoking on the pool deck, so we were not able to use the screen porch. Floors in the living room made noise when you stepped on them and were dirty. Dust on the bed frames. Fans were filthy, furniture was soft and worn. Office keeps bothering us about attending a meeting for a Timeshare presentation. This place is not up to HGV or RCI standards. The cleaning fee that was charged was a waste of money.

The golf was expensive and the course not very well maintained. It wasnt what we expected for the resort. The room furnishings were very basic. Only 1small couch and 1 old faded chair. they were not any decorations anywhere in the room.

We paid $160 in housekeeping fees before we even checked in. We didn’t see a whole lot for small school-age children and toddlers seem like it was more for a retired crowd. A two bedroom wasn’t available for a party size we were touring the Jacksonville area for relocation And it was the only resort close enough but was a 45 minute drive they were not a lot of on-site options for food.

Will not recommend them. Nothing to do, hot tub does not work.I called ahead and asked specifically about this. The PGA golf has pulled out It is a on site golf course only, the PGA has left after ending a 40 year lease. Everything closed but caddy shack. Gym no towels, The amenities in the room you had to request a set up from front desk. Scale down nothing plush

Really nice resort with great pool and many amenities. Very safe and seems like brand new. Each unit has entry off common external walkways giving lots a of fresh air. No high pressure sales efforts to annoy me.

great time met alot of awesome people staff verry helpful it was just a get away to relax nothing else to say would come back in the summer i did not like the 155 cleaning fee but i guess i did not read the fine print we could of stayed the 7 days but they did not tell us that when we booked
