The light is very dark, like in a cave. The room is very narrow, two people can not move properly. When turning on the hot water, there is a loud noise. The sound of sewer is very loud, and the sound insulation of the bathroom is quite poor. It sounds like a fight in the bathroom when you take a shower. Poor experience! The staffs are very bad and ineffective, waiting for a long time to check in after they found the booking. Annoyed!The quality of the room equipment is poor, but the price of the room is expensive, the same price in other hotels live very well. Very bad experience, will not book this hotel again!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. We were allowed early check in and the check in process was very quick. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t hear any noise at night. We loved the range of food served during breakfast, though like previous reviews, the food could have been warmer. The hotel let us keep our luggage at the reception after we checked out so we could explore Cambridge without our heavy bags! The bus to the city centre is only £1 so this was a really good deal!

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Ibis Hotel. The hotel room was not cleaned unless we told the staff. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. The shower water was not hot. There was no safe in the room to keep your valuables safe. We were told we did not have breakfast despite having booked it online. The soap was not refilled in our room unless we asked the cleaners to fill them, even then they just left them in the bathroom by the sink. I will never be staying at this hotel again, and I will be urging others to do a thorough check before staying there also.

地點太好，早餐好，有風筒水煲咖啡。是價錢有點貴。 房不太大。附近地車場，駕車上路也可以，火車站就在門口。

It’s in a great location just next to the train station. The staffs are humble and friendly. Perfect choice for train travelers .
