Central location lose to the city centre, but at the same time quiet. Really well maintained hotel with nice rooms, beautiful view and great common areas, including a garden that is made for a glass of wine in the evening. The breakfast was really good. Recommend!

Really nice hotel and glad we stayed in St Maxime instead of St tropez. Staff we super friendly and helpful.

Liked the hotel so much we stayed longer. Comfortable beds, well designed rooms and ours had a beautiful big terrace. Attentive, helpful staff. Peaceful setting with nicely landscaped outdoor sitting areas and pool. Elegant dining room where we enjoyed breakfast. Short walk to Ste Maxime and St Tropez ferry . Left the car in hotel car park and walked everywhere.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend staying here with almost nothing really negative to say about it. Lovely place to stay, great location, excellent quality and very nice staff. Pool is a bit too cold, needs to be a bit warmer ideally. Scrambled eggs seemed to be in short supply at breakfast, but you can ask them to get some and they'll sort it out eventually. Classic room is small, so recommend upgrading up to a bigger one. Would go back again for sure.

I am absolutely mortified with this hotel and the service. We arrived late and beyond exhausted at the hotel after travelling all day. When we arrived the man at the front desk was beyond awful to us! We've never experienced customer service like this in our lives. As soon as I walked in and asked where parking was (let me add - I was very nice from the moment I walked in).... he told me to "just go look for it"... I was so taken back. Then after I showed him the email confirmation showing I booked on Hotwire, he charged me AGAIN!! He told me so rudely "You don't have a rezo!!! I cannot find it in my system! YOU MUST PAY AGAIN" . I could not believe what I was seeing!! I was horrified by the way this man was treating us. He screamed at my husband and I, and when my husband raised his voice back saying " we just want a room we are exhausted!!" he SCREAMED at him and threatened to kick us out. After he charged me again, he told us it will take a while for him to find a hotel room, taunting us. I honestly wanted to cry it was so bad. Im so disappointed in this experience.

We liked very much the size of the suite for a family that has also a very good size terrace. Room needed a few fixing and we told the management. Location is quiet yet close to town, really just a quick walk. Parking available for a fee, there are discrepancies on the hotel website which you are given the QR code on arrival and on the one offered at the reception (website EUR 18, reception EUR 25) forgot to mention to the manager. Not a problem for us as we found street parking. Staff is friendly.

Got one of the most expensive room, had to change room as it had fallen baseboard, fallen light fixture, bandaid on trims, painters tape still hanging from beams. We changed room and on our last day, we had valuables stolen from our bedroom while at the beach and the way the director handled our complaint was insulting and despicable.
