When we arrived there was plenty of parking available which was a plus point for us. We approached the reception to check in, and they were very welcoming. There may have been a small issue with our booking I'm not sure what it was maybe our room was not ready but it was resolved quickly and we got upgraded to a King room with river view. I got asked how I'd like to pay for our visit, but I had to inform them that it's already been paid online. After dinner we stopped at the beverage counter for a hot drink and soft drink. The server was really nice and she was accomodated to our needs. The room itself was spacious and modern. We really liked the smart TV as it gave us more options to watch something. The bathroom was nice as well however the toilet was a little stained. Overall enjoyed our stay.

部屋は少し古さを感じ、バスタブや洗面台の排水もあまり良くありませんが、その他の基本的なホテル設備は満足できるものでした。ただ、コストパフォーマンスで香港のホテルと比較すると、値段が少し高いように感じました。

ホテルは広告で良いですが、そこに着くと、広告に記載されているように、部屋はソファがなく、タバコの臭い、トイレタリーがないので大きすぎます。スタッフは大丈夫で、あなたに出席する準備ができていました。長い旅行の日の後、眠ることができるように部屋のフレッシュナーを取得しなければなりませんでした。

Very quiet and beautiful surrounding. Tram station is near. Near the watersport center，good for children.

Value for the money. Just stayed 1 night, no breakfast. No issues whatsoever. If in the area I would stay there again no hesitation.

Stayed here with my partner as we had plans to go into Manchester, this is located really well with a couple pubs close by and the train station within walking distance. It wasn't a bad stay, staff were lovely and room was tidy with fresh bedding and facilities to make a tea/coffee. It was a little noisey with people banging and walking back and forward from the bathroom as you could hear everything from our room as it was located next to the shared bathroom. Breakfast too there was plenty of choice but could use some extra pans or somewhere to wash up. Great for travellers or people on a budget.
