Terrible, horrible, total scam, please I beg you all: DO NOT STAY! Just a few of all problems: Dirty carper, dirty beds, holes on sheets and quilts, bathroom broken, TV broken, no ice machine, no internet, dirt everywhere, bad service, they just said: the internet has a down, we’ll move you to another room, but they are all the same horrible. They denied the refund but fighting for it! Please stay away from Deluxe Hotel San Antonio, this place should be closed.

Man, let me just say that the pics don’t do justice. We came for a funeral and ended up leaving the same day due to more family members joining us down there (we’re from Illinois). While the staff was very helpful and answered all our questions, the condition of the building and our room was not the best. Like I said, we didn’t stay there but unless you’re limited on funds and want something short term and cheap this is ideal for you. Just don’t b disappointed when you arrive

Cockroaches, Broken Furniture, Outlets missing, Door security latch missing, blood stains on carpet, stinks of stagnant water, required $60.00 cash deposit, are around is very very very ghetto, loud, literally sits on a freeway overpass. Advertises pool, but that's closed. Toilet is stained with dark brown. Tubs and walls are moldy and black! Bedding and towels are stained, ripped, not warm. Curtains have burn holes and are falling off. Most rooms are NOT HABITABLE as we looked into them. We asked to be moved because of the filth. It's a "nasty", dirty, disgusting place to stay. Expect nothing but yuck if you choose to book here. The owners DO NOT fix up the place. Unsafe. Lackland area around this Deluxe Inn formerly Days Inn) is very Unpleasant.

t to our room there was no remote for the TV and something sticky on the carpet as well as cigarette burns in the covers (this is listed as a no smoking room). I asked for the remote and after a search, they said they had none. They asked if it was ok to switch rooms. This room did have a working TV remote but it also was quite dirty. When I went to check out the lady at the desk said checkout was at 9:00 I had never heard of an earliest check-out time.

The front desk employees were great! The rooms however were not as clean as pictured. The doors did not open properly and the bed sheets were covered in holes and stains. The cleaning staff knocked multiple times after we had told them we did not need services and that if they waited an hour we would be gone yet they knocked again right after. Overall for the price, this was to be expected.

No hot water, the room looked like a crime scene. Filthy, smelly room, people yelling and playing loud music all night. Do not stay here.

They have no breakfast at all not even coffee used towels from the military base and bugs ROACHES in the room,burn holes on the blankets shower is falling apart drips onto the bathroom floor floors are stained horribly ******* hanging outside the door to the room I don’t want to even give it 1 star also have pictures to prove what I’m saying very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Stains on the sheets upon arrival, holes in sheets, dirty shower, TV didn't work, entry door gets stuck, not a fresh roll of toilet paper, let alone a spare roll of toilet paper, not enough towels or pillows, musty scent, dirty walls, terrible lighting inside room, property itself was run down, broken windows and doors, parking lot full of pot holes & uneven walking surfaces.
