We made reservations here as we were traveling by train from New Orleans and our trained arrived after midnight. I called ahead to let the manager know we would be checking in late and she indicated no problem. We ended up being even later than we thought and I called again to let them know we were in our taxi and headed to the hotel. THe manager was ready and waiting for us and got us settled in very quickly which we greatly appreciated. Room was very comfortable and clean and on the first floor which was very helpful since we were toting a good bit of luggage, Will stay here again.

酒店距離阿拉莫歷史遺址博物館（公園）很近，便於步行前往水上步道市場和阿拉莫歷史遺址公園遊覽。酒店的停車費用是附近幾家酒店中最低的（$16/day）。早餐僅僅提供點心和水果凍，比較簡單對付，不要指望吃好。衞生管理還不錯。房間過夜十分安靜。值得旅友選擇入住這家酒店

Only problem I came across was not having any bags for my bucket when getting ice from ice machine. Should definitely have bags for your buckets.

bike stolen off car rack limited camera view of parking lot and rooms. no monitor at front desk for staff to keep watch . manager said our fault ,we should have put bikes in room .The staff did not inform us of this with no security in place for quests .Terrible response from manager ,he just did not give a dam.do not stay here .we had to pay for parking at the hotel and then told its public parking . makes no sense .Absolutely no form of security for quests and manager could not care less .

The location was nice, but an extra $16 a night for parking, & $100 deposit that was unexpected. No ice machine, breakfast didn’t have any fruit to choose from. All in all the stay was nice and peaceful

There is a charge for parking, but it’s not bad, only $15. There were no handrails in showers or non-slip appliqués or mats in the bathroom, our first room’s bathroom door didn’t shut, and between the faulty shower head spraying the shower curtain open AND the a/c blower blowing the shower curtain open, water kept going all over the floor and even spread to out the bathroom and in front of the sink. These rooms are not big folk friendly or very assistive device friendly either. They did move our room to a bottom floor after I slipped and hurt myself in their showers due to there not being a handrail or anti-slip items in shower as there is in most other hotels, but that is all. Not much else by way of helping or compensating.

Great location. You get what you pay for. Relatively clean and has a simple breakfast. Cereal, Toast, and Waffles.

Check in was excellent and fast. The room is clean but it does not have USB chargers. I was unaware that there was a charge for parking and a $100 insurance that if not used is refundable after the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I love the location, close to everything. Walkable distance to every tourist attraction and restaurants.
