サン・カルロス Don Juan Tours La Fortuna周辺のおすすめホテル・宿

Location is great. Bed is comfortable and the room with A/C is so great. Netflix hotel account included was surprisingly unexpected as well. The vibe of the Selina La Fortuna is what I expected from reading reviews and the pictures.

My tour operator booked me at Magic Mountain for the weekend on the last part of my trip after I came from Monteverde by ferry in Lake Arenal. The receptionists for all the days were great to me and helpful. My room was taken care of each day. A fridge was available to keep my drinks cold. The room had air conditioning when you need to turn it on. The bathroom had what I needed in fresh towels and a hair dryer, but my one criticism which I already let the receptionist know on my last day is that there needs to be a soap/shampoo/conditioner rack or holder in the shower as the only place to put these items is either on the floor or in a window ledge above you which is not ideal. The balcony view of the back of the hotel was really something when you can see Arenal Volcano in the background on clear days. The swimming pool area (with a bar right beside it) and hot tubs were nice to relax if you were not going out and wanted to hang around the hotel. Their restaurant is a nice place to eat if you did not want to go out, but at least the breakfast choices and service such as asking for a chef to make custom omelettes were very good. I think that sums up what I remember since a week ago. I can say overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

El hotel no es lo que parece, las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, húmedas, tienen paredes de madera (se escuchan todas las conversaciones de los cuartos contiguos), los techos son bajos... parecen ”cajas” en lugar de cuartos de hotel. El desayuno es pobre y escaso (lo traen a la mesa, no es buffet) y si quieres repetir el café con leche (que sirven en una tasa minúscula) debes pagarlo aparte. El personal de la recepción no es atento en absoluto, y la comida del restaurante tiene sólo dos o tres platos básicos. La relación precio- calidad es pésima, ya que lo promocionan como un hotel de tres estrellas y con suerte será digno de una. Consejo: elijan otro hospedaje, que los hay en La Fortuna mucho mejores.

部屋、サービス、そして素晴らしい場所! 朝食ビュッフェはとても良かった!

As a family of 6 french people, we spent 2 days there in 3 rooms. Even if it was cloudy and so did not have the luck to see the volcano facing our room in full size; the landscape, the colors and the wildlife were amazing. Muchachos are friendly and helpful. Breakfast typical or continental is good too. It is possible to have lunch or dinner from fast food to local type that are ok too. I really liked the casados. Our bedroom were clean and typical, the mattress was ok for me and my wife, not too hard nor too soft. The problem came from the main road below the accomodations. Due to the lack of soundproofing, it was really noisy. And even if it was quiet between let say midnight and five; the rest of the time, it was really annoying. That is a point they have to improve. For this I give 4 star instead of 5. Another point, tripadvisor says it is a french speaking hotel, but it's not, at least the crew we met. Even if one of them really friendly knew some few words.
