ルレ ヴィラ バルフィオーレ

Me and my partner booked Relais Villa Valfiore for 2 nights from date 29.06-01.07. After driving for several hours we arrived the site, but the hotel hosted a wedding this day, so outdoor area and restaurant was closed. Basically we had to sit inside on our room on a beautiful sunny day because the hotel hosted a private arrangment, and we were not informed before arrival. We wasn't even offered a discount, to have food brought to the room, or anything in compensation. Of course one does not book a room on a hotel like this to be stuck inside a room in the middle of nowhere, so we had to pack our luggage again fix transport ourselves elsewhere without any assistance. The site looked quite beautiful though, and the staff was friendly, but the entire experience makes me not want to book here again.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, the bathroom was good and the room in general was nice. The main downside was that despite it being the 1st June, and 26 degrees during the day, the aircon was not ‘working’ as the hotel restricted its usage because it was ‘not in season’. They first told me it was a government local policy, then backtracked when my husband queried it. We asked for a fan but they did not have any available. It was pretty hot! (Bearing in mind that we had stayed in Milan, lake Como and Parma that same which where aircon was available in all hotels! The stairs are loud and room soundproofing is not great for when guests walked up and down the stairs late at night. The breakfast quite fairly average, but the coffee was not great. All in all, an okay stop.

I have spent one week in this lovely hotel which is located 15 minutes drive from the city of Bologniq in the green fields of Sqn Lazzaro di Savenna. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Stayed in 402 which is in the middle of the wonderful Villas garden surrounded by huge trees grass and flowers. The staff are really top class and hotels management should be really proud of them. Cristina and Cesare especially tried really a lot to help us finding restaurants and have been always available and ready to help. Great professionals and sound examples of how hotel employees should treat their guests. ( Also the rest of the receptions staff are equally professional and friendly nevertheless I didn’t manage to keep their names as I haven’t have the chance to interact a lot with them) Well done to all! Restaurant is also highly recommended. Food selection and quality is great, service is very professional and the atmosphere very friendly. This is really a place I would like to visit again in the near future!

Abbiamo prenotato a metà luglio per soggiornare i primi giorni di settembre e a metà agosto ci viene comunicato che ci sarebbe stato un matrimonio e avremmo dovuto abbandonare la piscina un’ora prima (18.00 anziché le 19.00) e che i festeggiamenti con musica sarebbero durati fino alle 00:30. Possibile che quando abbiamo prenotato non sapeste che in quei giorni avreste avuto un matrimonio????? Al nostro arrivo ci ricordano che sabato la piscina avrebbe chiuso alle 18.00. In realtà poi la piscina è stata chiusa già alle 17.00 e tutti i clienti sono stati invitati a lasciare la piscina senza scuse per la chiusura anticipata. Avessero almeno offerto un drink per il disagio! Scarsi, molto scarsi!! Dormito con i tappi alle orecchie (comprati per l’occasione) per riuscire ad addormentarsi visto che il trambusto è durato ben oltre le 00:30. Se questo si può chiamare Relais!!! Comodo pretendere dai clienti il prezzo pieno e non offrire il trattamento previsto, a casa mia si chiama arroganza. Quando organizzate matrimoni chiudete l’hotel, e’ più corretto verso gli altri clienti!!!! A colazione uova sode con bordo blu e frittata con bacon immangiabili. Al ristorante non abbiamo mai mangiato, non ci attirava. Unica nota positiva la signora Ombretta della reception. Non ci torneremo più, questo è certo!

Siamo stati in questa bellissima villa immersa in un parco, molto curata nei particolari, personale professionale gentilissimo, Cenato di sera nel ristorante eccezionale. Piscina organizzata al top. Un ringraziamento particolare ai titolari la Signora Stefania e il Signora Lorenzo. Grazie di cuore. ritorneremo

Veniamo sempre volentieri in questo ristorante soprattutto d’estate dove i tavoli a bordo piscina e nel giardino sono un valore aggiunto. Cortesi i camerieri. Ottimi i secondi di pesce Branzino all'isolana con pomodorini e Tataki di tonno agli agrumi. Molto buono anche l’antipasto di Fiori di zucca ripieni di bufala. Abbiamo passato una bella serata con coppia di amici. Si parla in tranquilla e ad una certa ora arriva anche una bella arietta.
