What an amazing property and with first class hospitality. Great location in San Miguel made for an incredible stay. Can’t wait to come back

We had a wonderful time at Artesana during Holy Week. Our room on the top floor was large and luxurious. The common kitchen and patio are great. Best of all were the hosts, Billy and Karla, plus their staff; Adriana, Yesenia and Angelica. They have great attention to detail and are helpful in suggestions and reservations to make a visit to SMA a very nice experience. We felt that our five day stay was too short.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived but the villa exceeded my expectations. I would describe it as a bed and breakfast with the benefit of the Rosewood facilities right next door. The villa is in a row of attached homes you access through a 24 hr guarded gate. I felt very safe as a solo woman traveler. My room was small, but absolutely luxurious. It was quiet, cool and comfortable. I would not hesitate to return. In fact, I'm tempted to rent the whole place and bring family back to experience this wonderful town. The location cannot be beat.

Beautiful location in San Miguel de Allende, a very pretty and quaint city. The hotel is exquisite. The trea**ent was really above expectations. A lot of attention to all the details and all the needs we have had, super nice. highly recommend.

We spent ten days at Artesana Luxury Villa and loved every bit of it. Our room had light and air from two directions, an outside balcony, the bedding was excellent, the shower hot, everything quiet and peaceful. The whole place is spotless. The breakfast (fresh papaya, apple slices, melon, cheeses, European ham, proscuitto (sliced off the ham in-house), egg and tomato, pastries)--well, what's not to love. The staff was perfect. During the day, we had access to the Rosewood pool, restaurants, gardens, etc. An easy walk to everything. Darned near a perfect ten days.

Boutique hotel located in the residence section of Rosewood hotel with 24/7 gated access. you can access Rosewood hotel grounds through a back gate and have access to all the hotel amenities. Establishment is decorated very tastefully and the hosts extremely friendly and accessible. They live on the premise but there is no hint of intrusion. The ladies who work there are very friendly and helpful, offering to steam iron outfits for wedding and tan out to a 24h pharmacy to get some meds. Host also ran out to procure some chicken rice soup. Owner is a fount of knowledge about SMA as well as impressive spectrum of other arenas. Very close to center of city and a park. Healthy breakfasts if you are interested in tasting different varieties of Mezcal, there is more than a dozen to try. Can’t beat the location nor quality

The Artesana is a gem in San Miguel. The hosts Karla and Guillermo are extremely welcoming and really know how to provide great hospitality to their guests. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the breakfast offered each day, as well as access to beverages and snacks. As an added benefit, guests at the Artesana have access to all the lovely amenities the Rosewood Hotel offers. Overall, our stay at Artesana was amazing. My husband and I can't wait to go back.

Artesana is a cozy, well-appointed, intimate hotel with gracious and generous hosts. Karly and Guillermo could not be more welcoming, fun or resourceful, and the location can't be beat. I have stayed there twice and will return again!!
