サンセバスチャン フォー ユー ミランドアラコンチャ(Mirandoalaconcha Rooms)

After a cruise finishing in Bilbao we went to this rooms. Only good thing that I can say is the location. There is not any wardrope and air conditioning in the room. the bed was too small for 2 persons. Bath is ok. The building was reasonably new. the picture which is seen all hotel websites belongs to the room 3. other rooms do not look at the sea. We arrived abot 1300. The entrance gate was locked. I phoned to tell that we can not enter. the girl whom I spoke told me "look at your mail". I had already had printed the latest mail which I received but there was not any pin code in that to open the door. She can not speak english well. She was bit angry (I dont understand why) and told us to "wait in the doo"r until she came (at 15 00). Hopefully somebody came to the apartment menwhile and they opened the door. ın the mail that they received there was "the pin code" to open the door but I didnt have the pin code in my mail. Any way The mail which is in question (the last one), came after we entered the building.

I have never left a negative review in my life, spending most of my life in the customer service industry myself. But there’s no way this hotel can justify how I’ve been treated. I have NEVER been so disappointed and felt so cheated. I booked a room here a few weeks ago, but unfortunately had to cancel due to COVID restrictions changing and being unable to travel to Spain anymore. I cancelled well within the minimum cancellation period, meaning that I would receive a free cancellation. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund. My emails have been ignored, I get dismissed on the phone when I call them. I’m absolutely appalled at the way I’ve been treated - they’re quick to take your money (less than 30mins after I made the booking) but won’t give you back YOUR OWN money that you’re entitled to - you have to keep begging for weeks! Shocking way to treat customers, to ignore emails is so unprofessional.

Mala experiencia. No recomendamos reservar en San Sebastián For You, Mirando a la Concha. NADA profesionales y MALA gestión. No contestan al teléfono, ni contestan a los correos electrónicos, ni se ponen en contacto contigo. Cuando haces la reserva, te mandan un correo diciendo “Nos pondremos en contacto con usted al menos 24 horas antes de su llegada a San Sebastian para concretar hora estimada del checkin en el apartamento”, NO se ponen en contacto con nosotros en ningún momento. El horario de entrada a la habitación, es a partir de las 15h, en el correo aparece “Si necesitas realizar una consulta o check in fuera de este horario, puedes escribirnos por la vía que prefieras y tan pronto como estemos disponibles, estaremos contigo”, “horario de llegada: De 15:00 a 22:00 (si usted llega antes, póngase en contacto con nosotros)”, en ningún momento podemos contactar con ellos antes de las 15h de la tarde para comunicarles que llegaremos antes y tampoco dan respuesta a través del correo electrónico. Uno de los teléfonos que aparecen para poder llamar NO EXISTE. El otro teléfono cuando llamamos (a partir de las 15h) la chica nada amable, nos da un código para el apartamento que no es el nuestro, es de otra pareja, me dice que en Booking tengo un mensaje (NO HABÍA RESERVADO POR BOOKING), no sabe ni qué reservas tiene para ese día. Cuando llegamos la habitación está abierta con las llaves por dentro (algo que no veo ni medio normal). NO OS ACONSEJO RESERVAR EN MIRANDO A LA CONCHA - SAN SEBASTIÁN.
