テッラディマーレ リゾート & スパ(Terradimare Resort&Spa)

Hotel location: lovely quiet area about 14 minute walk on pavements to the centre of San Teodoro using a shortcut across Eurospin carpark. Eurospin is an Aldi/Lidl type supermarket and about 5 minutes walk. San Teodoro is a lovely small town with plenty of bars and restaurants and markets stalls at night. Free bus service to and from La Cinta beach (beautiful but extremely busy) about a 5 minute drive away or 30 minutes walk. Plenty of free parking for hire cars near rooms. Room: We were in a self catered apar**ent which was very clean and spacious no frills just basic furniture and white walls. Storage wise wardrobe fine for 2 people but not great if you have 4. Aircon was included in holiday price (***********). A pleather double sofa bed was located in the lounge area along with TV which has many channels but we could only find 2 in English (both news channels.) The kitchenette had a sink, double halogen hob, extractor fan, fridge with small freezer section. Pots pans etc but no kettle or toaster. For apar**ents no change of towels or sheets if you are staying less than 8 nights. No daily maid service. At the end of your stay you have to empty all the various recycling bins before check out to have your 200 Euro deposit refunded. You will have a room inspection before checkout to check bins emptied and that no smoking has taken place in the rooms. Pool: lovely and clean but not enough sunbeds so difficult to get one later in the day. Very tranquil with no loud music or entertainment. Pool towels are provided. Bar snacks and drinks average price for area and very nice. Bar staff were really lovely. No food or drink of your own is allowed to be consumed in the pool area. Tourist tax needs to be paid in CASH at  approx 14 Euro per person either at checkin or checkout.

We stayed in one of the self catering one bedroom apar**ent with our child. The staff were amazing!! Our daughter had a lovely time learning Italian while speaking with Fabrizio, Carlo and Deborah. They were amazing with her and made her holiday. The location was perfect for us. About 10 mins walk into the centre, 5 mins from the nearest supermarket. It was no more the 20 minute drive to all the top rated beaches in the area. The pool was good, although a little cold but given the heat it was refreshing to jump in. The hotel offers a shuttle service to La Cinta beach. We paid for breakfast for one day and the spread was substantial. We can’t fault the hotel or the staff. They went above and beyond for us. The drinks made by Carlo at the lobby bar were fantastic. Thanks for the hospitality. We would not hesitate to return next time we visit Sardinia.

We had a great stay at Hotel Terradimare! What a relaxing and beautiful place with a very nice pool. The location was ideal as we were close to town as well as several gorgeous beaches! We are extremely thankful to the hotel staff for helping solve a problem with our rental car. The kindness is much appreciated. We also enjoyed chatting with Carlo at the hotel bar! Highly recommend!

Be aware that the apar**ents (where we stayed) have problems with ants. We found a lot Ants in multiple rooms - some even found their way to our bed and suitcases. Not what you expect from a 4-star hotel! We also had stinky sheets in our room - as if the sheets had been standing in a sack with wet towels for too long. When we told the reception/management they (apparently) checked our sheets, but didn’t find a problem with them. We had no doubt and could smell it- and the cost of changing the sheet for the hotel would be zero to nothing. But the management is apparently not interested in providing the service you would expect from a four star hotel. Another thing: when you stay in the apar**ents you won’t get cleaning, fresh towels, fresh pool towels, toilet paper or anything like that. You even have to take out your trash when you leave the apar**ent. The rooms are outdated and in poor condition - beds are not very good either. On the positive side: Breakfast and bar staff was was very kind and welcoming.

Had a really lovely holiday here and will definitely return. Reading other reviews, they said the room wasn't serviced and towels and bedding wasn't changed - however, we stayed for a week and towels and bedding were changed regularly (if we didn't want 'housekeeping' that day, we just pressed a button on the keypad in the room). The resort was quiet and just what we wanted, with a short walk to the supermarket, restaurants snd into Ssn Teodoro. The staff were great - special mention to Carlo behind the bar of an evening who was lovely (and his English was brilliant). The breakfast was amazing- so much choice and again, the staff were great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Terradimare. The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to the centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to extend our stay by several nights without any complications. The pool area is beautiful and great for relaxing. The rooms are beautifully furnished and super clean!

Tired rooms (pine!). Beware that if you stay for 7 nights or less you don’t get your room serviced (not even toilet roll!) or pool towels changed. Pool nice, beds always available. Staff generally nice.

You only receive 1 room key so when you leave the room Everything switches off so you are unable to charge any items whilst away from room , Don’t loose your pool towel ticket or there’s a charge of 30euro, if you wish to use the spa facilities another charge of 30e. Check in 3.00 am check out 10.00 am No evening restaurant facilities. This is quite a expensive hotel to begin with .

The staff wasn't all that friendly, just one of the staff members was helpfull. The room wasn't clean so i changed room, then the cleaning service wasn't proper, didn't add towels or even toiletpaper.
