Amazing resort with amazing staff. Everyone from the time you're picked up until the time you leave was great. There are great views from everywhere in the hotel. The pool is right next to the beach and the pool staff is very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay there again.

There is no doubt that this hotel scores for its location above the sea and quality of its grounds. Then the rooms are large and very comfortably equipped. Overall making for a peaceful experience. The restaurant service is excellent from a reasonable menu and not too much more expensive than eating out. Our disappointment was really the internet access - impossible to keep a connection and with all service lost for hours on two out of 4 days - very frustrating.

The staff is wonderful and friendly. The views are breathtaking. Third trip and will continue to return.

The hotel is great! Location above the bay provides great views. Place is quiet and with few rooms it is not crowded. Staff is the best you can find anywhere , super attentive and friendly all of them ! You have to take some stairs to go anywhere in the property due to its layout , but it is not bad as long as you don’t have any sort of disability. Wife and I went down to beach and back up taking the stairs through the lush gardens daily more than once without problems and we are in our 50’s. Food is delicious and price reasonably , definitely a great place is you are looking for peace and relaxation

Our first time staying in Quinta Real, Huatulco, a boutique hotel with only 28 rooms. The hotel is older but the views are spectacular. The personnel are very serviceable and attentive to the guests needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Quinta Real was great from beginning to end. The attention to detail by the staff is amazing. Check in with Lissette was smooth and quick. Upon arrival we were greeted by Juan (who's awesome) and given cool eucalyptus infused towels and ice cream. From there the view from the top of the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. There are mosquitoes so I do recommend applying/ bringing bug spray. You can also purchase natural repellent at the local grocery store (Chedraui). We stayed in the king suite that had a hammock and personal pool. The room had a great view and was very spacious. The toiletries offered were toothbrush, toothpaste, a few q-tips, sewing kit, and all of your other normal items offered by a hotel. There is a fan in the sitting area and the a/c works well. My first issue out of 2 was with our a/c, it was leaking water when on. The second, was the water pressure not being the greatest. It's not a deal breaker but definitely noticeable. The food was delicious and I do recommend it however it is on the more expensive side versus going to a local restaurant. Nonetheless, if it's within your budget go for it. We were served by Onofre, Gerardo, Rafael, Miguel, and Gabriel. They were all outstanding and did a great job. During our stay the property itself was quiet and we did not have any issues with loud neighbors. Our cleaning lady did a great job (unfortunately we did not get her name). Upon our departure Jairo took great care of us. He went above and beyond.
