Thanks to everybody at the hotel for a wonderful 10 days. really could not fault it - quite near the main town -nice friendly little Portuguese bar nearby - and shops - we had B+B which was perfect. good pool for adults and kids alike. No sunbed wars thankully :-) Santa Maria is certainly more vibrant than when we went 5 years ago - Highly recommend this hotel as a good base to explore.

This was our second visit, the first was Jan 2021. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to come back. Overall, we found parts of the resort tired and in need of refurbishment, especially the pool area. There are some tiles lifting that are quite dangerous. Our room was pleasant, clean but tired. The shower leaked but worked adequately. Some of the Sunbeds are quite grubby, but hey, we put towels on them anyway!😊. It's not all bad, but unfortunately, it clearly isn't 5 star. ALL the staff we encountered were extremely friendly, happy, and made for a great holiday. The pool bar staff are real characters and make for a great time. 🍹🍸. Now to the dreaded Sunbed reserving, yes, this was apparent in our first week but was nipped in the bud in our second week. Personally, we found snooze you lose and we had no issues getting the sunbeds we wanted as being early risers🌞. As sun lovers, we found there are a lot of shaded areas and lots of sunbeds that make it feel a bit crammed, kind of on top of each other. This time around, we found the buffet to be excellent and didn't experience any upset stomachs, unlike last time. Our tip is to use sanitiser gel AFTER you've loaded your plates as everyone else uses the same tongs. We're convinced that made a big difference. There's plenty of options in the buffet to suit everyone. We spent most of our holiday around the pool as we enjoy relaxing, soaking up the sun and reading books. We did try the beach but found it wasn't a private beach and very intimidating with locals trying to sell excursions..arguing with each other loudly over business..not pleasant at all. The entertainment team are bundles of energy. The overall vibe is pleasant and relaxing. Unfortunately, you can't pick and choose who else turns up as we did experience a couple of loud groups that turned a few heads!...it isn't that kind of resort. It definitely wasn't last time. The lobby bar and outside seating area make for a very relaxed atmosphere in the evenings...the Cappuccino coffee bar is a must if you enjoy a proper coffee...we'd recommend the baileys coffee 👌. Overall, we understand you can't cater for everyone. We enjoyed our stay but won't be returning...shame really as our first visit was faultless other than the food.

他のホテルからもう少し移動したので、絶好のロケーション、静か。ビーチからも通り側からも歩いて約10分で中心部に行くことができます。部屋はいつもとてもきれいで、毎日2回のチェックがありました。幅広い選択肢のある素晴らしい朝食。ビーチは素晴らしく、清潔で、エレガントにフェンスで囲まれているため、ホテルに参加していない人でも安全でアクセスしにくくなっています。私は間違いなく戻ってきます！

Awful . Advertised as a 4 star resort. Clearly isn't. The place looked run down and not well maintained . the bar is a room with tv, a pool table and basic furniture dotted around. We were given towel cards but could not get a towel despite asking for 3 days, we gave up. No WiFi in room, we had to ask and they gave us a router to plug in. The air conditioning controller wasn't in the room and we had to ask for that to be centred , took 90 mins to get it after calling reception many times Had to ask for extra bed once we got to room though they knew there were 3 of us. TV was old and rubbish. If it was a 2 star hotel maybe I could accept it, but I paid full rates to get a really poor standard. Don't know how TUI can advertise as 4 star

The official rating of this hotel is 4 stars, and with a bit of cosmetic upgrading and better staffing in the kitchen, I could see it reaching that level (it seems like it may have once been a real 4 star). As it was, the room quality itself was more 3 star, and the outside area was 4 stars. We had a 'deluxe sea view' with no terrace. There was lots of rough paintwork and lack of maintenance on the small details in the rooms, but overall it was fine, with a huge comfy bed and a nice shower and a lovely view out the window. Unfortunately the entry was at the street side of the hotel which was our smoking area, and that view was just the dirt road and some houses. Overall we would stay here again as the room was fine, the staff were great, the pool area was amazing, nobody had any screaming kids (very quiet and peaceful, great for couples) and while the beach required stepping over rocks, it also had the best snorkeling area with the most fish. Another sandy beach with less fish and two beach bars is a 3 minute walk away, and the main ***** with the main beach is a 10 minute walk (that one is useless for snorkeling but great for swimming). Besides snorkeling, it's also a preferred spot for wind surfing. We happened to try the hotel restaurant on a really bad night apparently, we waited an hour for our seafood paella which was average quality but double the price of the ***** restaurants. However, according to the other patrons who did all inclusive, the service was usually much faster. and the food usually much better. We did also have burgers for lunch one day, and those were expensive but very nice. Breakfast was included in our stay and it had an extensive and delicious continental selection, plus hot eggs and bacon on order, always very fast. The staff were super attentive and completely on their game, absolutely fantastic service. We got a great deal on a package holiday with LoveHolidays, so for the price we were very happy and would definitely stay again.

前に滞在し、4 *に与えました今回は少しがっかりしました前回はパイレーツディスコによって目が覚めていたので、プールビューに追加料金を支払いました。最初はディスコの真向かいの最上階の部屋に表示されました。私たちは移動するように頼み、プールのそばに部屋を与えられました。この湿気の匂いがし、壁には大きなカビのパッチがありました。トイレは後ろから水を漏らしました。一週間お湯がありませんでした。サンベッドはすべて8am-luckilyによって予約されていましたが、何人かのゲストは2階のテラスについて知っていました。朝食はとても良かったが、混沌としていて、常にすべてが不足していた。夕食は大丈夫でしたが、サービスは非常に遅く、貧しい水は彼の足からすべてを急いでいました。私たちは他の夜を外食し、徒歩2分でたくさんの良いレストランがあります。基本的には素晴らしいスタッフと桟橋とビーチから3分の素晴らしいロケーションを備えたまともな価値のあるホテルです。5 * を望むなら、おそらく町の外で AI に入ることができます - しかし、あなたはとても逃すでしょう。
