海辺の物件。エアコンとミニバー付きの海辺の客室です。海水プールのある反対側の施設が便利です。ビーチはありませんが、海へのより快適な降下のために砂で覆われたプラットフォームがあります。隣接するレストランでは、さまざまな質の高い魚料理や肉料理が楽しめます。夕方の唯一の欠点は、近くにアトラクションがなく、チヴィタヴェッキアに行くには車を使用する必要があることです。

海辺の絶好のロケーションにあるホテル、清潔でとても親切なスタッフ、海を見下ろすテラスでの朝食、通路とはしごがないため、少なくとも私たち高齢者にとって水に入るのが難しい、住居での仕事用に予約された駐車場はかなり限られています駐車場からホールへの入り口がとても不便

I live in Santa marinella, and for my birthday my cousin who is visiting and I, decided to spend the day at the hotels pool, it cost us 30€ each for two beds and a parasol, we asked to see the menu at the restaurant and were told the restaurant was full, which meant we had to spend the day without eating, we were seated by the bar at a table and the restaurant could easily have offered to serve us lunch at that table, we ordered a bottle of Prosecco, this came unopened and plonked on the table… we weren’t offered snacks which is typical in Italy, despite other guests having, crisps, olives, peanuts with their drinks, I asked for snacks and crisps were bought out. We spend a lot of money on drinks and when we attempted to use the hot tub, ( advertised as part of their beach club) we were told to get out unless we were prepared to pay an additional 5€ per person per 15 mins. We were treated badly and I wouldn’t go back! I would place zero stars if I could.

Air conditioner never worked even after informing the front desk. They did absolutely to remedy the issue! Never offered to move me to another room or even discount the room rate as a concession for poor service. Additionally, I asked for a ride to be arranged to cruise port. Reluctantly arrangements were made for 10:25a for set price, but driver arrived at 10:45a in which there were other folks were going and I was late to the port, plus I was force to pay full price. They treated me poorly. It was a terrible experience!!!

The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. The room was nice and had a great view of the sea.

The staff was indifferent and the town did not like non Italian visitors. Nothing worked properly at the hotel. Internet was bad,the hotel could not accept credit cards they claimed their system was not working. This hotel is only for cruise crew before they board a ship, not tourists. Please do not stay here. It was a nightmare for us to reach the cruise shipvia taxi.

I paid for a room with two balconies of sea view and did not get it and the shower was mildewy and not clean. The hotel needs updating and the elevator is for one person! I will not stay there again nor suggest anyone else to stay there.

It is not a 4 star, probably a 3, the pictures looks like a new and luxury hotel, but they have a strong smell to humidity, it is a old hotel and the attention was ok, but definitely not a 4 star hotel. The cleaning was ok but I can’t say 100% probably because they need to invest more in the maintenance, my bedroom had problems with the shower’s door.
