Club Mahindra Sherwood Mahabaleshwar

The property is huge! During our stay, the weather was at it - rains and fog and cold...We were allotted rooms on time and all rooms were cozy. When we reached out for assistance, the front desk was prompt. We also enjoyed the game room at the Happy Hub - Table tennis, Chess, Scrabble, Jenga and Ludo! The property also has a nice swimming pool - but we didn't quite use it cos it was very cold. Coming to my favourite part of the property - Saddle Back - the restaurant..ambience was good and vibrant... The staff was really friendly, courteous and attentive..the food spread was diverse with a mix of cuisine. The buffet, of course, as in every Club Mahindra was amazing! Special mention to Tanuja, Vinayak, Asmita, Tejas, Rohit, Gayatri and Sahil...Thank you for your great hospitality and attention. Thank you for making our family trip memorable!

Visited ***** with my family. The place is very interior. There is no network at all. Big Bungalow to stay . It was a good experience. We can bring breakfast from outside. Weather was very cold, so swimming pool was very cold. roamed different places

We had a very warm welcome and smooth check-in on arrival . Mr. Shubham helped us initially who was assisted by Mona from the from desk. Our room was clean with modern amenities but there was some hot water problem initially when we arrived. We were told about the situation a day before our arrival. All the staff is very friendly and immediately attended to our needs . Mr. Ranjit from the security was very kind to assist us with our luggage . The happy hub staff was also very helpful. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed . I wish to come there again soon

Food is extremely good. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Special mention of Jyoti and Asmita at the restaurant. Always smiling and ready to serve their best. Not to forget the rest of the staff including Arvind a d Vinayak at the restaurant and Annie at the front desk.

It was nice and happening at Club Mahindra Sherwood Mahableshwar experience was awesome staff is cooperative Asmita,Amruta, Rohit*/ and Kaushik gave good and prompt service in restaurant .Kids enjoyed pani-puri,pizza and ice-cream .
