This place did not have a microwave and breakfast closed at 9:30am. No happy n won’t go back.

This property was in a great location. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend.

The breakfast staff person was outstanding. She was friendly and made a special effort to make sure we had a great experience with breakfast.

This was the most UN-Like - Hyatt I have ever stayed at - and I am a person who actually worked for Hyatt for many years - so I know the product. This hotel should NOT be called a Hyatt. The staff walked around like the 'night of the living dead'.....the shower was barely lukewarm - and the towels were old and scratchy.....the hotel did NOT have the wonderful Hyatt-Like comforters either and my daughter is allergic to feather pillows and that is ALL they had - the front desk said they would "check for us" and never followed back up. The breakfast was a joke. The only thing that is similiar to being a Hyatt here is the RATE I paid - I definitely paid a "Hyatt Rate" but it felt like I was staying at a Motel 6....Change your flag people!

We stopped in on our way home on Christmas Eve from our family vacation. The staff was so friendly. Everyone from when we checked in at the front desk to the breakfast attendant on Christmas morning. She was cheerful and insisted on taking our family picture in front of the tree. She went above and beyond what we’ve ever experienced at any other hotel chain. We had a very nice stay. Thank you!

Without exaggeration, it is the worst room I have ever slept in, the AC sounded as if it were going to come apart, the bathtub drain was clogged and the water did not drain, the tiles were loose, terrible experience.

Convenient - off the highway with lots of restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Breakfast had good choices. All as expected for a one-night stop

The staff is friendly, parking is good and the location is great. The rooms are as pictured but the hotel and rooms felt dark and I prefer more light/open airy. For this reason I would not choose this particular hotel again.

Shower Gel was empty. Breakfast was awful. No eggs. Fruit was chopped up mandarins skin still on. A weird potato and chopped up sausage mixture. Greasy sausage. Waffles stacked up where the eggs would normally be.
