「日式禪意風 非常好」

「Stayed here recently and overall had a decent experience. The AC worked really well, which made the stay comfortable. The room itself was a bit on the small side even though it had a king-size bed, so there wasn’t much extra space to move around. I was a little disappointed that the room didn’t include slippers or a kettle, which I honestly expected. I did ask reception for hot water on one of the days though, and they were kind enough to provide me with a small cup, so service was appreciated. Breakfast was okay with a decent variety and a good range overall, although it was almost the same the next day and the fruit selection was slightly less impressive. Still, it was satisfactory for a short stay but needed a few improvements.」

「空港送迎シャトルはスムーズでした。ホテルに電話する必要はありませんでしたが、待機場所で20分以上待つことになりました。様々なホテルのシャトル運転手にN回尋ねました。なぜなら、他のいくつかのホテルのシャトルは頻繁に来ていて、ダブルツリーbyヒルトンともう2つのホテルのシャトルを少なくとも2回は見たからです。最後の運転手が親切に「車両にホテル名が書いてありますよ」と教えてくれるまで、そのことに気づきませんでした。どの運転手も、私が差し出したホテルの名刺を真剣に見てくれました。フロントでのチェックインも比較的スムーズで、部屋は標準的でした。ただ、エアコンの暖房がかなり強く効いていました。ジムは1階にあり24時間利用可能で、小さめですがランニングには十分便利でした。部屋にはやはりスリッパや歯ブラシがありませんでしたが、カナダ旅行中に半月の間に泊まったほとんどのホテルがそうだったので、もう慣れました。」
