「鍵付きのロッカーが部屋にあり、防犯面で安心だった。私のベットに枕がなく、スタッフに声をかけたところ、フレンドリーで親切かつ即対応してくれた。英語でのチェックインも問題なし。トイレ、シャワーは部屋に付いていたため、夜中廊下に出る必要がなく便利だった。デメリットとしては、空港に近いからか早朝から準備をして出ていく人が複数人おり、目が覚めてしまったくらい。総じて良かった！」

「Location is excellent,just 2 minutes walk to the leaning tower. Breakfast was amazing and the Bar is great too. The rooftop view of the Leaning tower is mind-blowing. The receptionist had called a cab for me to go to the airport and it came on time. There is no fan or aircon in the room. Overall will recommended stay at this hotel.」

「Not my first time staying with an NH hotel, and the quality is definitely consistent. The room was very very comfortable and clean, and the location is literally in the front of the train station. Receptionists were great and helpful, and the experience had been all around great.」

「良かった点 受付の対応は良く、親切でした 朝食は良かったです バス停に近い(ただしチケットショップと市内中心部は近い) 悪かった点 防音対策が悪く、朝でも清掃員の掃除の音がうるさい 洗面所にカビが生えていた」

「I had a lovely stay at this hotel — it’s clean, cozy, and feels very homey. The staff were amazing, especially Adiam, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. They even let us have breakfast after the official time, which really shows their thoughtfulness and hospitality. We stayed in a room for four, and it was spacious and comfortable — not cramped at all. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. One thing to note: it’s close to a hospital, so it might be a bit noisy at times for light sleepers. But overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Pisa!」

「好的點： 1.位置不錯離比薩中央車站很近，去機場走路十多分鐘也就到了。 2.酒店老闆很熱情服務也很好，大晚上入住也沒問題。 3.公共衞浴比較乾淨，沒遇到擠人現象。 不好的點： 1.房間遠不如圖片展示的，給了一個底樓靠花園的房間，潮濕有黴味，完全沒有采光，有蚊子，床品則是薄床單加毛毯的組合，中國人可能睡不習慣。 2.早餐衹有小麪包加果醬，約等於沒有，咖啡倒是還可以。 總結：作為應付一晚上的過路旅店還湊合。」

「まず、この便利な環境が素晴らしいです！ピサの斜塔が見えるホテルでもあります。 しかし！非常に信頼性が低い 到着した最初の日は、エレベーターに15分間閉じ込められ、出られず、エレベーターのドアは開かず、ボタンはすべて黒く、誰にも連絡が取れませんでした。スタッフが来て、ドアをこじ開ける方法を教えてくれました。外国人として英語やイタリア語がわからないと、本当に倒れてしまいます！フォースボタンを押した後、すべての火が消えてもまだ落ちます！エレベーターから降りた後の最初の反応は吐き気と嘔吐でした。 翌日はさらに面白かったです。私たちは前日にホテルのフロントに伝え、翌日駅まで連れて行ってくれるタクシーを予約してもらいました。ホテルでは予約は不要で、朝5分以内に電話すればいいと言われました。しかし、翌日15分早く到着したにもかかわらず、30分近く経っても電話がかかってこず、電車に乗り遅れ、切符代100ユーロ以上を無駄にしてしまいました。」
