Beautiful resort. Room was clean and modern. However on check in was told there was an $80 resort fee for use of the pool. This was not disclosed when booked the room. If it had not been so late when we arrived I would have refused to pay it and went elsewhere. After a 12 hour drive we were too tired to look for another hotel.

The room was noisy. I could hear other guests talking at midnight. There was a loud intermittent clanking sound coming from somewhere and the heating fan was very loud. Worst of all, there were no blackout draperies---and bright light from a very high double LED street light shown in the room all night long, making it almost as bright as day. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, especially when there was a fire alarm requiring all to exit the hotel.

Young man checking us in was professional and very friendly, had us checked in within 5 minutes. He also assisted us in finding a very nice restaurant with very friendly staff for dinner. The free breakfast although missing fruit which is common to have was fresh and we were never rushed at the end but encouraged to enjoy and eat more…very friendly staff.

The place was beautiful, clean and modern. The breakfast was wonderful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. Thank you for having a decent shower head, because it might seem a small thing, but it's nice to not have a harsh or a just drippy shower. This place is a great value for the price. We Will definitely be back.

The problem here is that they don't recycle anything. Coffee machine and dining area have too much disposal plastic. Toilet was loose. There's no fan in the bathroom. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable, Staff competent and welcoming. bob

Enjoyed this hotel from the momemt i checked in till checking out. The entire staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and you see staff keeping it looking that way during the day. Breakfast is a real breakfast too, the waffles were the highlight for me. The pool and whirlpool were functioning as well. I will definitely return.

Over the top friendly check in and breakfast hostess. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and nice quiet nights sleep. Breakfast waffels were good. Would definately stay here again.
