Horrible, ballpark quality, overpriced food in all but one of the restaurants and the best one is marginally ok. This place should have a huge warning in its description to not stay unless you have at least one tantrum prone toddler. In all fairness, this place is for young families or families with a boatload of kids. Professional's, couples, and single travelers need to stay away. The room itself was in disrepair. Damaged and scratched furniture, a faucet knob that falls off, origin caulk in the sink you can see from the other side of the room, literally. Just a horrible experience for anyone over the age of 8.

It was so much fun and all employees do everything for kids. More candy more game time more ice cream. Excellent.

Upon arrival remote wrist key did not open the door. Had to carry all my luggage back downstairs to get them to resume it, what a pain. No one explained how the wristbands work. After settling in went for a walk around, lots of cool things for kids to do, food places to eat B&J ice cream Dunkin Doughnuts, etc. there is also a restaurant and bar inside. Time to turn in for long meeting day the next day, they put my room right in the middle of all the families with kids, the noise went on for hours really until 11. The room was very small and felt soulless, the bathroom counter to brush your teeth was in a different room NO true bathroom sink! No free breakfast here. If this was a different trip with kids then I would rate it higher but business find somewhere else quieter. The conference facilities were spot on though.

they wouldn’t let us check in until almost 5pm and were texting you at 8am to let you know you needed to check out. talk about overcrowding and noise! i know it’s a neat place but they are so expensive to stay and then you are charged additionally for every little thing and everything closes at 7 or 8. then there’s always a line for everything-the bathroom, to get towels, to go outside, to use the elevator, to get a seat, and of course to use anything fun. it’s sensory overload with few quiet spots…unless you want to pay for them!

Finally a full kids Vegas experience which if fun for all. Do not waste your money in Vegas and get nothing, come to Great Wolf!

Love our stay at the Great Wolf Lodge. It is close to a shopping mall and a Christmas event. Close to all the tourist attractions at Scottsdale. Staff was helpful and friendly and we had a great time.

The waterpark was disappointing in the size. I'm from WI comparing Wisconsin Dells to Scottsdale...no comparison, Dells way better and larger.
