room was clean and conveintent but hotel still had snoking rooms .breakfest was not that good. went somewhere else for breakfeast .

Room had no smoke detector. Was removed from base on ceiling. The humidity of the hot tub room doesn’t do well with the A/C on. Created condensation all over the floor. Floor buckling because of this repeated moisture.

I payed for a deluxe room with jacuzzi on ******* and when I check in and received a double basic room went to front desk and asked why I didn’t have a deluxe room and the man behind counter said there had been a mix up and they didn’t have any deluxe room left but did have a single room but never received a refund or anything for the difference

FRONT DESK WAS AMAIZING ! THE BESRT PART OF MY 4 DAY STAY WAS THE PLEASENT AND HELPFUL STAFF

Room service did not give us all our towel and no coffee. But other then that it was good

We didn’t end up staying in the room. We we first walked on the Non-Smoking floor, it was filed with the haze and smell of people smoking. There was was one room that had towels wedges in the door at the top and bottom. When we first walked into the room, the light switch by the door didn’t work. When we walked into the room to turn on the light, the first thing we saw was a roach. We sprayed the roach but by then had a very uneasy feeling. Looking at the tub, it had some black “coating” on it that made not want to use the shower. I didn’t know what to do. We checked in late so I assumed there was no cleaning staff available to do anything. We changed our clothes but took our bags back out to the car because we didn’t want to leave them in the room. I didn’t say anything to the management, which I should have done. When it was time to go back to the hotel, we just couldn’t bring ourselves to do it. Just my experience

Stunk like cigarettes and ****, room had not been cleaned there was red marker on both sets of sheets, chips on the floor under the desk, mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, hair on the toilet and counter, press on nails behind the toilet, the dresser was busted and not usable, blood on the wall by the bed, trash under the chair…. Not sound proof at all could hear everything got woken up at 3am Saturday to someone fighting n screaming.

Parking okay, clean, friendly service. The issues I'm having its loud and the lights are too low in the room

Toilet was backed up. Roaches were spotted in bathroom. Whole second floor smells like a dispensary
