「The room is so spacious. Couple of gripes are i was unable to have a coffee as the kettle had seen better days and was really grubby inside. When we got out of the lift at floor 1 there was an overwhelming smell of ******** as if someone had been smoking it in their room. We just looked at eachother as it is a personal dislike of that smell. Its very distinguished and lingers - the smell remained each time we got out of the lift. Service was impeccable.」

「如果是為了pleasure Beach遊樂園而來，這個酒店還是挺方便的，但是離黑池鎮中心有點距離，會產生額外的交通成本。同時我對酒店的衞生和服務態度極其不滿，但我打開剛打掃好的房間，看到的是這樣的場景，雖然安排了人來重新做衞生間衞生，但沒有就此提供任何補償。」

「last Visit to this Hotel was 45 years ago, some modernisation including new carpets nice touch, warm greetings from some staff, some just ignoor you , Had Breakfast one day was overpriced at £12 the lady runing the restaurnant was brilliant , kept an eye on everything topping up what needed to be topped up , problem with lift not going to all floors they say its due to waiting for a part, I visited a Liverpool Britannia Hotel they made same excuse for years, just get it sorted . On the trip website it says Breakfast between 7 and 9 , its now 8 and 10, also said No Children, after noticing some I asked at reception, they said that was only for a year a while ago . When booking I did ask as bein g a big person, could I have a Shower or Access room , it doid say only of available , but nothing done or said when booking, It was nice to visit the place again but sadly there are better hotels in Blackpool not much more money, so guess wont be Visiting again for anoher 45 years, some guets I spoke to hd to see 3 or 4rooms to find one that was clean and suitable」

「My daughter and I stayed here overnight while she was attending a dance competition. The hotel was lovely. We were greeted with a smile by the owner, who was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. We had a spacious, sea view room. It was clean, large enough to sleep 5. The bed was very comfortable. We had plenty of hot drink supplies. The toiletries provided were fantastic. Very happy with the price and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you Vinnie's, it's been great.」

「Just stayed at the president hotel blackpool Was originally booked in Tiffany's Who rang and cancelled our holiday with 7 days to go due to maintenance ( so they said )was fuming but back to review Hotel a little dated but staff were very friendly and attentive Very nice breakfast but with it been quieter no entertainment which was disappointing Good value for what we paid really Thanks xx」
