「Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and disappointing experiences. The family room was quite small, and unfortunately, there were several insects that appeared to bite us, possibly mosquitoes. The hotel also does not have an elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially for guests carrying heavy luggage, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities. There are quite a lot of stairs—not only going up to the lobby and the rooms, but also to the rooftop bar and restaurant located on the 6th floor. The cleanliness of the common areas also needs improvement. The stairs leading to the lobby were not very clean, and there was even dog poop in the area during our stay. On the positive side, the staff were nice and accommodating. The service was good whenever we needed assistance. I also appreciated having a water dispenser with both hot and cold water available on every floor. The location is very convenient, as the hotel is close to the tour assembly area and surrounded by coffee shops, cafés, and restaurants. Overall, while the location and staff were good, I would not recommend this hotel for guests with heavy luggage, senior citizens, or PWDs because of the many stairs. The hotel would also benefit from improvements in cleanliness and pest control.」
