What fell short: Upon room change, there were no slippers provided. A request for breakfast box for one morning (my rate included breakfast) was not followed through, neither an ok nor a no was given. Waiters on final day breakfast were slower than usual to serve coffee and tea.
Suggestion: For security reasons, it may better for hotel to acquire a robot to carry food delivery (eg Hunger Station) orders to the room instead of letting the rider deliver directly to room.」
