ローベルジュ ドゥ セドナ(L'Auberge de Sedona)

We had a creekside cottage that was very nice and clean. The entire property is lovely and overall we had a really nice stay. A few things to share with management: 1. The piped in music playing throughout the property doesn’t seem necessary. It plays from 9am-9pm, and was right next to our cottage, not ideal when trying to relax in the room. Was told it would be turned down but it never was. 2. No drink or food service by the pool. We ordered from our room and had it delivered to the pool. Other guests were asking us “how did you get food and drink?” It was surprising to us that service was not available by the pool. 3. Our outdoor shower flooring had cobwebs and leaves and the bench was unsteady. Attempted to sit down on it and the top was loose. 4. The toilet seat was loose. 5. We ordered room service for breakfast. When maid service came they placed our breakfast tray out on the patio table and it sat there all day in the heat with the leftovers (ick). I called mid-day to have someone pick it up, someone eventually came by but it had been several hours later.

Arrived exhausted, traveled & visited the Grand Canyon. Room was NOT ready; had to sit in uncomfortable setting waited & waited . Didn’t get a room until I insisted we be given any available room. The $75 credit for our inconvenience was an insult. Restaurant overpriced; not a warm setting. Wouldn’t stay or recommend. For the price plenty of other places to stay. 1st impression is everything. We were NOT the only ones waiting for a room. Poorly managed.

We stayed at L’Auberge in a vista suite for 3 nights while we were in Sedona. The property is absolutely beautiful and all of the staff we encountered were top notch, going the extra step with little details like filling the ice bucket during turndown service. The valets were always available to retrieve our car in minutes and the facilities and professionals at the spa exceeded our expectations. The weather was a little cold for us so we were only able to use the pool for one day, but we definitely enjoyed that day! We had breakfast and lunch at Oak Cress and enjoyed our meals. We decided against having dinner there because the menu and prices were not what we were looking for. There are stairs to walk up to the uptown shopping and dining area, or you can use the hotel transportation (we didn’t use the transport but saw others using it) One of our favorite parts of the stay was the morning meditation and the sound healing classes with Eric. We will be back and next time we will plan to stay a few days longer!

Everything was great. From the cabin we stayed in to the amazing staff who were always there to help with anything. loved the outdoor shower. Grounds were immaculate and well kept. if the landscapers were working on the grounds and i was on the porch they always asked first if i minded the noise.

L'Auberge was such a beautiful resort and setting. Our cottage was amazing and we could see and hear the Oak Creek from our room. There was beautiful soothing music piped into the outside which lent itself to the ambiance. We had lunch at the Cress restaurant where we sat by the creek and watched the ducks take off and dive into the water - it was so entertaining. At night we sat by one of the firepits and watched the stars. It was very romantic. Everything ran like clockwork - from the valet service to housekeeping. The location was ideal as it was close to uptown Sedona (walking distance). We definitely would recommend this resort and will definitely be returning.

From have to wait over an hour to check in and being offered a free charcuterie board sent to the room. To having to wait over an hour to get our first drink at dinner. Room Service out of a bunch of things. worst massage in years. Not a single person wishing my girlfriend happy 40th birthday when clearly communicated on the reservation. WORST Experience EVER!

This hotel is charging five star prices for three star accommodations and service. Rooms are in need of major renovation. The bathroom is quite small with no tub. We picked this location because it was in town, but it is incredibly inconvenient to walk up and down (140+ steps) to get into town. The views in Sedona are so beautiful and this hotel had none of those views. We didn’t find the service to be particularly friendly, with no one greeting us the countless times we went in and out. Valet was spotty, sometimes our car was there and sometimes it wasn’t after calling ahead. Breakfast at Cress was pleasant but our server was not seen much and didn’t address an issue we had with the tea.

This is a well situated hotel in Sedona. It’s location is ideal for most excursions. It is pricey as we paid over $1000 per room. I’m not sure the amenities live up to the price. The breakfast was at at best average.The cress restaurant was pricey at $1000 for four people without drinks. I’m not sure I will come back to this hotel in the future.

Please don’t stay at this hotel - over rated and over priced ! I should have read the poor reviews before travel as they are spot on. Not only did they wrongly book the initial dates thereafter the experience didn’t get any better. Service very poor with inexperienced staff, room disappointing with noisy aircon & very expensive dining room with small portions. I could go on….. one plus was the spa - the massage was very good but with a heavy price tag. Stay away there is better options!
