Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Das essen war exzellent. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit vielen Saunen.

My son was not well. N the receptionists did all they can to call us doctors . My son is good now. Thank God The reception. Are Just simply amazing. We stayed from 19 to 20 May. I m still here but I can’t wait write a good review Because my son was not well. He can’t do the 5 courses dinner. I went down to grab a quick dinner. I told the manger n waitress. They are so kind. N allowed me to bring bread n soup up. I ended up with good toasted bread. They offered. How nice of them. Now back to hotel itself. The tea break was lovely. The dinner wonderful I had my own dinner. My hubby n I took turn to eat as our son not well. But really nice food n service. We are 100% coming back here again Oh the pool. The indoor n outdoor. It’s wonderful. My son enjoyed himself Welcome drinks offered. Hotel rooms old style but the toilets n many things are obviously renovated Shower is great bed is great There’s nothing I don’t like I travel a fair bit around Europe. Nearly everything was perfect. Perfect location next to the skilift, perfect breakfast, very helpful and friendly personal, great SPA and fitness area. The only negativ point was the bed matresse. I was lying in a groove. But it was changed after my reclamation. And there was only 1 electric socket in the single room for charging the mobil telephone. But at all, I can only recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel conveniently located close to the ski lifts. Staff was absolutely amazing! I broke my leg during skiing and they did everything to make the rest of our stay as pleasant as possible! Food in the restaurant was great and the wine selection top notch!

The rooms are rather old, but clean and comfortable. We had unfortunately one at 7th floor where the view wasn’t to good due to the roof and small Windows, but the staff were ready to change it. :) however, the amenities are very Nice and renovated. The pool is warm and cosy (very nice option to swim outside), the food is very good (the prices in the restaurant and bar reasonable), and there is really good gym. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is rather nothing to do for smaller children, apart from the pool. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank U!

Such a beautiful hotel! Great location 15 minutes walk from the city centre , great service with a smile nice dinner and breakfast and absolutely stunning wellness! Dogs are more than welcome. We had a spacious suite,506, on a corner with big terras. Next to skilift Roshutte.

Great place to stay while in the Alps. Good value for money. Access to the large spa included. EV charging is for extra pay.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous view of the mountains from the room. We had an amazing room with a large balcony where we spent most of our time while in the room. There are no coffee machines offered in the suite we booked, however our request for a kettle was promptly addressed. Front desk service was great with helpful information and details of the amenities offered at the hotel. Lunch and dinner prices are a little expensive, but breakfast was great. I am looking forward to our next visit back here in the near future.

One of the best ever stays in any hotel. The level you always hope for but never get. Incredible 4 day stay. Staff go above and beyond is all genuine too. Keep it up
