ラ ブリボードニエール(La Bribaudonnière)

We were warmly welcomed by our hosts in their beautiful old farmhouse despite arriving late in the evening (10pm). After 2 busy days in dusty, packed Puy Du Fou the calm, peace and quiet of their farmhouse was so welcome. We only stayed 1 night on our way over to the SE of Fr.Our room had loads of space and the shower was fantastic. Lots of power and just what we needed! The mini fridge with bottles of wine, beer and water was a lovely touch. The breakfast was amazing the boys are still talking about the fresh homemade bread and cheese cake/bread and we got our first decent cup of coffee (x3!) since arriving in Fr. We had a great chat with our italian hosts after breakfast about France v Italian food and their travels while our son's roamed around the grounds playing Knights and fighting off the robotic lawnmower😁. It was all very relaxed. Definitely would recommend this farmhouse as a wonderful place to stay -it was the perfect stopover for us on our way down to the SE of France. We arrived tired, stiff and dusty and left rested, restored, relaxed and ready for the long journey ahead. The best thing about the farmhouse? Our hosts! GrazIe mille

We have been quite disappointed with the place. However it seems to be more of ********** mistake. The place was advertised as pet friendly with wifi etc… and for the price we paid we would expect some kind of comfort. Apparently the property does not accept pets so they put us in an annexe outside of the property (just next door). The heating was electric but the house not ring well isolated with very cold floor it was quite freezing. After one shower there was no hot water left for my partner. I had to use towels to put on the floor as it was not possible to walk barefoot. Too cold. The owner lend us a kettle but there was no mug and no tea/coffee available. No wifi. It was pretty basic and not what we would expect for 75€. Also we were asked to pay at the arrival when it should be when leaving in the morning. The breakfast was fine. But we had an argument initially with the owners because we made a reclamation. No refund was agreed from them. We got one from **********. So it’s been a series of misunderstandings mainly due to some mistakes in the advertising.

We booked to stay here in November, having read the reviews. We were assured the owners spoke both Italian and English. I have used the English language for 62 years and not one English word was spoken by the owners. The parking was a a complete joke, a single driveway leads down to the house, but no parking spaces on reaching the house. This results in the next vehicle arriving blocking you in and so on. The house is isolated with nothing easily accessible without a car.. Low beams are also a problem for people over 5feet 9 inches. While the room we rented was upto scratch, the breakfast was not. Whilst eating our bread and jam the lady owner decided it was appropriate to interrupt us to fill out paperwork that could or should have been done at check in. Having a 5.30 pm check in and a 10.am check out is equally ludicrous. We will definitely not be returning and would not recommend.

Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire italienne charmante Le parc est très joli Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très copieux avec des produit variés et faits maison, un délice La chambre du petit pavillon est très propre j ai juste regretté l absence de téléviseur et de wifi mais c est detox absolue en pleine campagne, ça fait du bien

Hôtes très accueillants et prestation de petit déjeuner digne d’un hôtel. Je recommande ce lieu, très joli et propre.

Séjour agréable au calme. Excellent petit déjeuner. Je regrette seulement d'avoir été logée dans une chambre à côté de la maison sans aucun cachet. Rien à voir avec la maison des hôtes. Ce point n'était pas indiqué dans la description du lieu !! Pas de wifi ni télé.. bien lire les indications données ce que je n'avais pas vu lors de la réservation.

Un très bon établissement avec un accueil fort sympathique et un petit déjeuner copieux et en partie fait maison. La chambre était basique mais très propre et avec l'équipement nécessaire. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.
