Very bad managed hotel. We booked through *******. When check in they want me to give them $150 cash as deposit. But this is nowhere to find in the booking confirmation. I offer them to charge my credit card simply because I do not have the money. They refused. So I can not stay in this hotel. But they also do not allow me to cancel. The hotel won twice!!! This is a total scam. Who carries $150 cash with you every!!!!

After one week of staying they automatically think that you live here even with a different state ID so they charge you extra and I don’t understand how they could do something like that and sometimes they can be Rude

I went to get in the shower my socks got soaked the tub is about to cave in and i told them about the the problem called me up to switch my rooms they were rude with me and moved me to another room it had hair all up in bath tub and went to bed and went to the restroom roaches

Overall check in was slower than usual. A roach was crawling on the floor as well. So, there wasn’t anywhere else to go. Corners of room need to clean better. Needs updated. Nickel plated fixtures were rusted showerhead, rusted tub, dirty towels, thin everything needs to be updated

My immediate reaction is that this hotel does NOT look like the one advertised. AT ALL. When we finally got into the room, because early check in is $30, we did not receive a room that looked like the picture. The carpet, the bathroom and the walls were a mess and honestly, my husband and i did not feel safe AT ALL there. We got our money back and the $150 LOCAL FEE IN CASH, that we didnt know about prior, after we found a much nicer hotel despite the higher price tag. Very very disappointed in this location and myself or my family will not be coming back. Period.

The hotel is nice place away from the busier area. We got the room based on spa tub and fireplace.

Terrible smell and we were put next to the elevator on the first floor so was really noisy.

Everything was pretty clean have plenty of extra towels and what coughing there did not struggle for it then I have to ask for it then come around everyday and clean the room while I was there and that was awesome cuz it was back and clean bed made and you didn't have to worry about doing all that when you come in that was awesome

Clean room - the only negative would be the breakfast area - very small and cramped and hard to get something as so small! Staff friendly!
