when enter the lobby it was so clean althought my check in time was 12am,the staff was still friendly and softly to explain with us. The moment i enter the room,that was so great and comfortable...is the 1st time I give 5 star and definely will stay.again!

Excellent new hotel. Room was comfortable with exceptional cleanliness. Swimming pool and gym on top floor is nice too. Breakfast meets expectation with a good spread of variety, and was not packed for the time of our visit, so definitely an enjoyable experience to fuel up for the day. Just note that the hotel is little bit remote inside the industrial area, not the prettiest spot but probably good for business traveller.

Hotel yg cantik dan kemas..kerbeersihan ok..bed empuk...staff juga ok..sngat menyantuni pelanggan..cuma untuk toiletries masa dftr dah minta awal²..

Basic but adequate hotel. Certain in room amenities are available upon request. Fairly new hotel. Suitable for a transit or business hotel. Swimming pool is fairly big. Overall, wouldnt mind staying again as the rate is considerable.

Shortage of people , things are too slow here. However rooms are ok but TV has no channel except some welcome message. No entertaiment, feels very haunting. Staffs are very slow to respond due to lack of manpower. Always no pick up in case your calling emergency to their front offices. Pool and gym are ok for kids but not for adult. Can experience once but management has to recognise this probs. Hotel plugs only 1 works not all

Mercure Glennmarie is one of my favourite hotel whenever I'm on biz travel to KL. Everything was fine. Besides, some improvements are needed as listed below. 1. For the bathroom without the partition, the water mostly may covered half of the floor. This is hazardous and slippery. I fell once when walking with slipper into the wet bathroom. Hope the management can consider putting an anti slip mat in front of the basin. 2. The crew in the breakfast area seem to be talking too loud and making joke with each others during the service. It seem to be lack of professionalism in their roles. More strict discipline enforcement are required. Others area are perfect. Keep up with a good works.

Long queue at check-in. Slow service provided by the staff. For parking you have to scan the room key and TNG card at the lobby every time you exit the parking. Although the room was super clean and housekeeping team were polite to provide toiletries upon request, the management team on the other hand were unfortunately incompetent. Hotel location is not strategic. There is construction works makes it inconvenient to drive to the hotel. I think this hotel would be suitable for guests who have a meeting or work nearby the hotel. Otherwise, I advise to look for a better location hotel for better accessibility.
