Nice rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of restaurants around. Very walkable area. About 8 minute walk to MTR. Biggest issue is noise from the restaurants listing past midnight. Also can be a wait for the one elevator. But for the price, it's a nice clean hotel in a good area.

Stayed here to take the train early next morning! Lots of food, fast food and massage nearby! Easy to walk to the train station the next day, between 20-30 min depending on your pace. Towels, soap, shampoo and toothbrush toothpaste provided! Bed was clean. Air conditioning available and working, no smoke smells! Can hear noise from the corridor through the door if there are kids or people talk loudly. Water pressure for shower good and water is hot, a little bit cramped space and the toilet will get wet but for the price paid, no complaints. Remember to get fried chinese doughnut (youtiao) & soybean milk (douzhang) for breakfast!

Really nice and clean hotel, kind staff, and lots of food around! Super clean, bathroom is perfect, couldn’t ask for more! Perfect for commuting to and from Shenzen North. They also let us leave our bags there while we took an overnight trip to Hong Kong! Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay near the train station!!

The location is a little far from the station but it’s very affordable and has a good selection of cheap restaurants and street food stalls nearby.
One small problem is that they didn’t provide a bath mat so I slipped and fell onto the floor when exiting the shower. They have a warning sign telling you to be careful but the warning sign won’t stop you slipping even if you’re careful. A bath mat would. Fortunately, I had no injuries. This should be easy for them to fix.
