ホテルの部屋は広く、非常に清潔で、簡単に温まる便器が付いています。フロントデスクは非常に親切で、ロビーにはゲストが持ち帰れる小さな食べ物や飲み物があります。ロング ガンに来る人には、地下鉄駅の近くにあるので、ここに泊まることを強くお勧めします。

出張でここに来ましたが、初日は7時15分にレストランに到着しましたが、2日目はサービススタッフがとても親切でした。せっかちで、朝食は7時30分にしか食べられないと言いました。そして、最初の2日間、彼らは朝食クーポンを受け入れませんでした。その後、彼らは私たちが早く到着したことに気づき、イライラして朝食クーポンを求めました。フロントデスクは私たちに朝食クーポンをくれなかったので、私は彼に部屋のカードを渡してそれをスワイプすることを拒否したので、彼はただそこにいて、彼のサービス態度に疑問を感じました。

The best hotel of my China trip, which included 4 different hotels in different cities. Spacious rooms, great bathroom, modern and stylish look, great maintenance and everything is super clean and super convenient. Almost perfect location (150 m from a metro station), the only problem is this station is over 45 minutes from the downtown area, but for me this was OK.

Location was very convenient from the subway station. (F 出口）Service was good, had to wait a little while for our room to be ready when we checked in. Breakfast was delicious, pleasant environment with the balcony garden to look at while you eat. Gym equipment was new, very simple, adequate. One treadmill, one bike. Overall we enjoyed our stay.😁

A new and clean hotel. It takes about 5 mins walk from subway station and 17 mins walk to intercity coach terminal . The room is spacious but the sound insulation of the wall is not strong. On the whole, it is value for money. We will stay there again for next trip.

A very new hotel which looks like still in soft opening. The red cover paper on part of the name plate was still there. The location is away from city centre, requiring 1 hour 10 mins by metro from Futian city centre. The metro station is just 3 mins away on foot. The neighbourhood is very local and rather old which I enjoy walking around, things are cheap. The room is very spacious, interior clean, air conditioning quiet. But the metal frame outside the windows is very dusty and dirty. Breakfast is simple. The plates are oily and not clean. Checkin is slow. I had waited for 20 mins although there're only 2 guests in front of me. The price is excellent. There're some eateries and shopping centres in the vicinity.

Like this hotel. He is far for city. But services is really good. People is welcome and can speak English- it’s respectful. Not need any deposit cash - perfect. Morning food is fine , just they next time find coffee mashine or tea . Place for food is amazing, same like other country feeling, really cool place. Inside room is ok , just inside room is not big , when I look photos- it’s not the same feeling, other is ok.

Originally, I booked a Mah Chang Room; however, I requested to downgrade to a standard double room due to the strong smell of smoke inside the room. I waited almost 45 minutes to check in and change to another room, as the staff were very busy.

Service was good. We didn't use the facilities. The breakfast was scrumptious. The room was modern and new.

Hotel is well equipped and spacious. There is also washing machine and dryer in the hotel to use.

Room very good condition and service also but location far from main shenzhen market near about 30-40 mint.
