私のガールフレンドは誕生日のために夜を予約しましたが、このホテルのバトラーサービスは素晴らしかったです。 カメラマンの撮影サービスを事前にホテルに予約し、事前にホテルにレイアウトのお手伝いをお願いしました。 到着後、家政婦が荷物を部屋まで運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。部屋に入るとすぐに、海の景色を望むバスタブとホテルの素晴らしい装飾が見えました。また、ホテルが提供する朝食、アフタヌーンティー、砂糖水はどれも素晴らしいです。 さらに、予約をしてくれた写真家のシャオ・コンさんは非常にプロフェッショナルで、写真を撮るためのユニークな場所を見つけるのを手伝ってくれ、写真もすぐに完成させます。 この経験はとても良かったので、将来機会があれば必ずまた泊まりたいと思います。

部屋はとても良く、清潔で、エアコンは非常に十分で、寒く感じます。 サービスは100点です。フロントスタッフの対応はとても丁寧です。 率先して荷物を運んでくれたり、アフタヌーンティーやイブニングスイーツを2階まで運んでくれたり、本当に心遣いがありました。 （ご家族が階段を利用できない場合は、必ず2階のお部屋をご予約ください） 一番良いのは写真撮影サービスです。写真家のアーロンはとてもプロフェッショナルで丁寧です。 わずか 20 分で数十枚の写真が撮影され、どの写真もとても満足しています。 彼は率先してさまざまな動きを教えてくれ、写真ごとに明暗を調整してくれました。 本当に上手、上手、そして彼は非常に要求の厳しい写真家です。 彼が我々のベストを見せてくれると確信している ありがとうアーロン 次回宿泊するときは必ずまた探します。

It was my first time travelling to suburban area in shenzhen. The drive from Futian took around 1 hour to arrive. The Butler has been contacting us before our arrival to make sure everything was smooth. We were surprised by the architecture and the location which was set at the mountain, it is quite private but still it is a short distance to the beach and beach side seafood restaurants. The Butler welcome us at the reception and everything was clean and ready at our room. The package come with 20mins photography, afternoon tea and morning breakfast. The photography “ah lon” (Mr Dragon) was a great photographer. He is over my expectations because his level of aesthetics is over the top! He is professional and quick enough to send me all the photos within same day! I am very happy with the outcome and this is absolutely another to do list if you come to Shen zhen. I would recommend people to come to this hotel to enjoy a relaxing night, with seafood meal at the beach area.

Me and my friend went for a weekend there, had a wonderful time! Super helpful staff, amazing food, location ! Definitely will come back!

The 202 room was so beautiful and we loved the most was the bath tub, looked so amazing. Besides, the view and the design of the room were so lovely, such as the in room music and movie projector which made our experience more romantic! What’s more, the services was so great that lighten up our journey! It was my wife’s birthday day and the house keepers would make B day decor to surprise my wife. Although the location of the hotel was far, the house keepers would make plans and contact taxi for us that’s really considerable of them! Thank you for visiting this hotel and we will definitely suggest to our friends who is also looking for amazing, unique, romantic staycaction!!!
