Some funny business with the rooms. The suite I booked wasn't available, so why are they selling it on the app? Then it seems there is no actual difference between the many single-room options on the app. Please get more organized and honest.

Great large Apartment. Super Friendly Staff. Easy Check Inn. Would Recommend.

I had the apartment on 26th floor with the view of Shenzhen city. Beautiful view. The apartment was not well designed. The electrical points are not well located. There were no small tables by the sides of the bed for putting things.

A bit hard to find but really comfortable place

It was ok. The air conditioning had a noise, and the toilet could be a little bit more cleaner, specially the black spots on the floor.

Very average room. Noisy door and bathroom.. the place was not cleaned with lot of hair on floor . Bathroom floor floods with water during shower .

the Good comment on this place: proximity to the subway. Big room with balcony Use of washing machine. The Bad: - Bed a bit hard. - Not so clean (lot of women's hair on floor and sofa) - Noisy bathroom fan.... Overall is an "ok" value for money. Although i think its slightly overpriced.

Room was clean. The size of the room is very good and the sofa area was a nice place to spend time and drink coffee in the morning looking at the view. Unfortunately the room was next to the elevator which was quite noisy at night.

服務態度超級好，價位合理，附近交通出行方便，周邊生活配套齊全，離南海意庫、海上世界很近，樓下就是水灣廣場，十分值得推薦

這家酒店式公寓比傳統酒店更具性價比，地理位置特別好，離地鐵站不足100米，走幾步就水灣地鐵D出口，10分鐘走到海邊的深圳灣公園，5分鐘到海上世界（蛇口中心）。想自己做點兒飯的話也沒問題，房間裏冰箱、洗衣機、廚具等都有，還有個大陽台，挺適合家庭出遊或朋友團聚的。 前台服務也不錯。，遇事兒及時解決不推諉。我已經多次入住了，不點評下總覺得少點什麼

房間非常大，乾淨衞生，床鋪睡眠很舒服，熱水洗浴也很給力。客服態度很好，入住前按要求留好了房間。保潔阿姨態度很好，房間清潔到位。總之一句話：很好！下次還會入住。

房間乾淨整潔，非常不錯！

公寓近水灣地鐵站，只需行10分鐘內到，公寓樓下是商場，裡面有盒馬鮮生，買東西很方便。 公寓設施很齊全，只是沒有免費電視直播。 今次是住26樓，在屋內望出去很舒服，可以望到海邊，又可以望到日出。
