Food delivery guys running around floors knocking on doors and talking loudly over speaker phones while guests might be sleeping is not how an internationally recognized brand place is run. In other hotels delivery guys leave the stuff at the reception and guests come downstairs to collect.This is the only IBIS that i know of where this is being done.
Reception area was the dirtiest I have ever seen at any hotel in my life. The whole place looked like a student dormitory or an apartment building rather than a hotel.
On a positive note; the reception ladies were doing their utmost to handle things the way they knew best. I could tell they lacked training in proper hotel standard operating procedures and management over sight. The bed was comfortable.
