STAFF APPRECIATION: Simply wonderful. I encountered many staff members during my stay, working in the hotel itself, the various cafes and restaurants, and on the beach. Every single one was professional and kind and so very warm. Several of the young people working there also spoke English, which was an unexpected pleasure and convenience for which I was grateful. However, I owe a special thanks to the lovely little sisters at the front desk, Catie and Xiao Kue. Especially Catie. This sweet young woman took exceptional care of me during my stay, seeing to every need, answering every question (in English, no less), and patiently guiding my drivers to the location when I arrived or chose to go out and explore. I am getting older now and often require clear instructions and visual aids. 😅 She kindly offered both. 非常感谢。🙏 HOTEL REVIEW: There are multiple warnings given before and during the stay about ongoing construction next door, but it had minimal impact on my stay and, if you're out exploring and playing, you won't even notice it by the time you return in the evening. As promised, it started at breakfast time and concluded by 6pm in the evening around dinner time every day. I choose this hotel deliberately because, while a little more expensive than its competitors and a bit off the beaten path, it seemed to offer more convenience and privacy. I was so relieved to see that this was true. Their beach is small, but well-maintained and private, which meant no crowd and plenty of opportunity to take people-free pictures and simply sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. There was also no shortage of dining options on the resort itself as well as nearby. Several fun, beautiful places to visit are also located a short drive away. However, if you're looking for a retreat, a place to simply rest and be close to nature, away from crowds, this place offers that as well. It was a welcome respite. I saw couple, families with children, and even a few other foreign guests all enjoying their time here. 🏖 Because I was on a budget this time, I chose the lowest priced room and was prepared to sacrifice my view of the sea. Unexpectedly, I didn't have to. This was a very happy surprise. ☺️ Though, I'll definitely try and splurge on a room on a higher floor next time as being near the entrance could sometimes be a little loud when guests arrived. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my time here and hope to return someday. TLDR; Wonderful, attentive staff; private, convenient location; stunning views; and several dining options all offer a very pleasant, worry-free getaway during peak season. Well worth the price and the journey. Every kind of traveler will find something to enjoy here.

以前から気になっていたホテルです。 まず、デメリットから： 1. 隠れ家的なホテルなので、本当に隠れ家です。山の上にあるため、交通の便が本当に悪いです。山道はかなり揺れます！自家用車でなければ不便かもしれません。 また、アクティビティも登山なので、足腰の弱い高齢者には不向きです！（実際、若い人から中年層しか見かけませんでした） 2. 全体的にサービスは普通だと感じました。フロントもそれ以外のスタッフも、あまりプロフェッショナルではないと感じることが多く、全体的に非常に適当です！ 予約後も、事前にチェックインに関する連絡は一切なく、自分で問い合わせるしかありませんでした。連絡先の電話番号もいくつか不通でした。 多くのアクティビティは予約が必要で、事前に予約しないとサービスを受けられません！ 3. 全体的にこぢんまりとしています。ビーチも部屋も施設も、どれも小さく、洗練されていて人も少ないタイプです。連泊には向かず、1泊すると退屈になります。アクティビティも少ないです（「隠れ家」を求める人は別として）。 メリット： 1. 全体的なデザインセンスが良く、写真映えします。 2. 設備は悪くありません。 3. 最大のメリット！食事がとても美味しくて安いです。ホテルにいるというより、レストランを訪れているような感覚です。 全体的な感想：かなり満足しています。たくさんの写真を撮りました👏🤣

!!! THE BAR IS VERY EXPENSIVE !!! The name on the building is different from what's on Trip.com, but the address is right. Staff were friendly. At check-in, they gave me the wrong room, was suggested that it's an upgrade but was actually a downgrade since I booked a room with a balcony. The mood was spoiled when they charged me 50Rmb to change the sheet of the wrong room where we literally spent 2min in. The interior of the rooms are very beautiful. The pool is only open from 2pm till 10pm. There's not a lot of shade outside. Breakfast is the same every day.

整体房间都很于淨！还有前台服务人员态度挺好！不过前台办理入住的員工！可能比较新！经验培训不足！必须留心！但洒店软硬件硝实挺好！

街のどこからでも深センのスカイラインを一望できる都市型ホテルで、私にとってシティビューNo.1のホテルです。ロケーション、ホテルの設備、周辺施設、ゲストサービスすべてが最高でした。 多くのネットユーザーが「開業から時間が経ち、施設が古い」と評価していますが、実際に宿泊してみるとそうではありませんでした。ホテル開業当初は、バスルームや内装など、あらゆる面でかなりハイレベルな設備が整っており、ペニンシュラホテルにしかないようなiPadも備え付けられていて、とても便利でした。ハードウェアの古さが気になる方は、スイート以上の部屋に宿泊することをお勧めします。スイート以上の部屋はすべてリノベーションされているようです。 特に印象的だった点を2つ挙げます。 1) ホテルの業務上の小さなミスにより、プラットフォームを通じて当直マネージャーに連絡を取りました。宿泊日の当直マネージャーは、非常に丁寧でプロフェッショナルな対応で、話好きで誠実な方でした。セントレジスブランドで出会った中で最高の当直マネージャーでした。 2) チェックアウト時、荷物を部屋に置いておき、コンシェルジュに預かってもらおうと思っていました。しかし、外貨両替後、小銭が持ち運び不便だったので、荷物のバッグから財布を取り出したいと伝えると、1階のコンシェルジュ2名が素早く対応してくれ、非常にプロフェッショナルでした。 3) チェックアウト時にタクシーに乗ろうとした際、運転手がホテルの正面に停まらなかったのですが、コンシェルジュが車を見つけてドアを開けてくれました。非常に素晴らしい対応でした！ 最後に、DEPP YANG（当直マネージャー）とSUNNY QIN、GAMELLIA GUO（コンシェルジュ）に心から感謝いたします。

We were very satisfied with our room, which had a balcony and sea view. The room was large, with comfortable bed, and modern bathroom, and very clean. The beach is easily accessible and has many facilities. We ordered drinks from the coffee bar and watched the sun set over the beach. The food we ordered from the Western style restaurant was very delicious. The service was good. We needed help to cast a movie onto the projector screen, and staff came up to our room to help us. Overall we very very impressed, and will come back in summer when we can swim, and will stay longer.

去天文台玩順道住一晚，酒店離天文台開車大概十分鐘，離西涌1號沙灘開車大概3-4分鐘，走路十分鐘左右，酒店房間空間大不壓抑很舒適，衞生乾淨整潔.設備智能化很方便，老闆以及店員也很好很熱情❤，下回去玩還住，哦！有個小小的建議，燈的開關可以標識一下具體哪一個，因為晚上起夜上洗手間，燈開關沒有標識不知道精準哪一個是洗手間的開關，挨個小心試探按，同伴睡眠比較淺，深怕吵醒她，還是被燈閃醒了

デラックスな木造の家は全体的にとても清潔で、必要な設備がすべて揃っています。朝起きて、バルコニーでお茶を飲みながら鳴き声を聞くのはとても楽しいです。欠点は、ベッドが非常に硬いことと、すべての豪華な木造の家が高いところにあるため、持ち帰りをするために階段を降りるのが不便なことです。フロントデスクのサービスも非常に良く、レイトチェックアウトも非常に快適で、清清世界の2日間のチケットもプレゼントされているので、全体的な価格とパフォーマンスの比率は良好です。

ホテルは環境が良く、立地も便利で、駐車場もあり、蛇口埠頭にも近く、衛生的で清潔、部屋もとても快適で、テイクアウトを配達してくれるロボットもいて、朝食の種類も豊富で味もとても美味しいです👍🏻 特徴的！小堂のサービス態度は本当に良く、次回もまた来ます、素晴らしい体験でした！

チェックイン場所は鳳凰客家レストランの斜め向かいです。フロントデスクの女性はとても親切で、何かあれば連絡できるようにWeChatも追加してくれました。ファミリースイートルームには朝食が2回付いていましたが、フロントの女性が追加の朝食をくれましたが、朝食の時間は比較的早かったです。 ファミリースイートルームは素晴らしく、とても広く、入ってすぐにエアコンがあり、夏はとても快適です。他にも電車が少しうるさかったというコメントも見ましたが、電車が通る頻度はそれほど多くなく、午後のチェックイン後に1回、就寝中に1回、朝に1回だけでした。 部屋の防音性は良好で、リビングルームのテレビで見るために映画のセットを購入しました。部屋に影響はありません。映画は1セットあたりわずか12元で、良いです。 翌日チェックアウトの際に大雨が降っていましたが、フロントの女性がとても親切にレイトチェックアウトをしてくれました。 どうもありがとうございます！初めての滞在体験はとても良かったです。
