The beds weren’t really comfortable and the toilet keeps making a noise. Had a rough night of sleep which had me pretty tired in the morning but everything else was good

Facility is very nice, but 2 complaints mainly. Friday night there was live music in the bar and a large number of people kept gathering right by the front door smoking. It was awful. I complained to front desk 3 times because they kept doing it, and it filled the lobby and you couldn't get in or out without smelling awful when you got to your room. We have kids and we all smelled like smoke. Also the breakfast starting at 7am weekends when we went for a tournament was a negative. We were told there would be breakfast available by 6:30

We had a bunch of issues w/ our room - We didn't have a comforter for the pullout sofa the first night and had to ask two times for one.. The pool didn't have any towels. Our door didn't properly close unless you slammed it, The toliet didn't flush properly (the floater wasn't functioning properly). Otherwise, it was great and very close to where we needed to go.. Staff was great.

I loved my four night stay! My room was super clean, smelled fresh, so comfy bed, friendly hard working staff, and pool was fabulous. I ordered dinner every night from the restaurant and and so enjoyed the food. The impossible burger with their homemade chips was fab! The buffalo chicken dip with veggies was my favorite appetizer. I plan on returning again.

Still beautifully decorated with Christmas decor. Staff very helpful to answer questions. Good hot breakfast.

The room was clean and quiet surroundings. I was a bit surprised they do not offer free coffee in the lobby like almost every other hotel I have stayed at. Breakfast was not an option on the Christmas Day which is understandable although the supposed breakfast bag option as offered was not available either. I informed the front desk as well to have housekeeping clean out the microwave by room 155 Ice vending area as a container of food was left inside for quiet sometime, i'll spare posting the photos. Otherwise the pool courtyard was nicely kept and a great place to sit and read a book. All aside I would stay again and do recommend the hotel as the other issues were mostly external to the actual room.

Everything was great! Would definitely stay again. Room was clean, the premises were all clean and well appointed. Restaurant on premises was very nice and the food was great! Free breakfast was better than most and hot food was very good.

The hotel was great. Breakfast was basic but good, warm food was available. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. However, the noise from the pool echo’d so loudly into the rooms that we could not sleep. They closed at 9 and enforced that but the noise never left because then they carried on in the courtyard area until almost 11pm.

Lobby, restaurant, courtyard and pool all beautiful. Rooms were meh. The heating and ac weren't functioning great and the refrigerator wasn't very cold.
