We really had a wonderful time at this Taj property. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It was also interesting to note that the Kids / activity section was providing much more options that what we see generally. My kid enjoyed his time with the PS4 as well as shooting and archery. Also, the views from the property are simply amazing

This was our 5th time here and it has always been a wonderful experience. I see new staff all the time while checking in but when I visit the spa and the restaurant they always recognise us. I would like to especially thank Mr. Bhandari the F&B ***ager here. He’s a wonderful and very helpful soul. This was the first time we were travelling with two toddlers and as new parents it was very important to take care of the kids meals. The hotel and Mr. Bhandari made sure we had it all sorted and got us whateywe wanted going out of the way to get meals as per our babies. A big thank you Bhandari Ji. Can’t even imagine on going to hills anywhere else till you are here.

Amazing location with fantastic hotel & staff service. We really liked the cozy temperature inside the hotel everywhere. Amazing food, fantastic view has made our visit a wonderful experience. Thanks to such courteous staff as well.

The experience was a great one. Duty ***ager Sachin from front office helped us throughout our stay. The atmosphere is good even though the trip up the mountain was a long one the stay was pretty worthwhile. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Great experience!

The service here is impeccable! Sachin, devender and akhil especially have provided a 5 star service and very professional. They guided through the entire booking procedure and were very helpful. Recommend visiting this hotel and asking about them. Happy customer!

I had an outstanding experience at Taj theog. The serene location amidst the picturesque landscapes of the place added to the charm of this remarkable hotel. The hospitality of the staff, particularly an exemplary individual named Mr.sachin duty ***ager was truly exceptional. His warm demeanor and attentiveness made our stay memorable. The rooms were not only cozy but also offered breathtaking views, and the facilities were top-notch.

We have stayed at several Taj properties in India as well as with other reputed international brands for more than 2 decades but the stay at Taj Theog has been one of the best that we would always remember. The quality of services and the maintenance of the rooms and various facilities in the property have been of a very high standard. The staff has been very good, polite and responsive. We would like to specifically recognise Mr. Jitendra Nakhwa and Mr Deepak who were ***aging the restaurants. We were extremely impressed with their attention to details, personal care and open mind to receive any feedback. The food was top notch and we enjoyed every bit of it. Special mention about Mr Vikas who guided us for a great trip to Hatu Peak as well as local trekking and walking activities. He took extremely good care ensuring our safety, comfort and shared a lot of information about the various flora, local culture, apple orchards etc. People like Mr Jitendra, Mr Deepak and Mr Vikas are difficult to find in the world we live today. The only room for improvement is about the temperature control in the room. The panel is not very user friendly and we had a very warm ambience during the first night which made us feel very dry. Only after we called the technician, he helped to change the settings that suited us. It would be good to put some guidance note in the room to enable guests understand how to operate the temperature control panel. Least but not last, all staff from right from the reception, housekeeping, recreational facilities (pool, activity centre, etc.) was also excellent in their respective duties. Overall a wonderful stay and we look forward to visiting you again and continue our expedition of various Taj properties. I generally don’t get time to write reviews but do make the effort when the experience is truly memorable!

Was a decent resort experience. Considering the location, was expecting the resort area to be bigger and to have more greenery inside the hotel premises. But everything else was top notch Taj quality. Activities for kids are plenty and the nature walk facilitated by the hotel is very good.
