The condition of the room was just average. Major advantage of hotel is it's proximity. For parking you have to use the public parking which is like 300 bugs per day . Food and ambience is good. Overall a good place to be in with your family of friends...

The food quality has a scope to be improved,the presentation at the breakfast can be better,cleanliness is good & should be further kept up.room service can be little more prompt,service is good but has to kept up.

I have been to Shimla ***y times for my official trip and stayed far from main city and Mall road. This time I wanted to stay near Mall Road. I found this property very near to all sightseeing options so I booked for 2 nights. I was happy to choose this property for its location. Hotel is very close to lift. So its a plus point. Views from my room was awesome. I would suggest to book this hotel if someone is travelling with their family or senior citizens as its centrally located.

I want to give a big Thanks to Kiran and Renu, who took amazing care of us at the restaurant. They were super attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience extra special. Kudos to them for their outstanding service.

Local brews are good. All flavors are palatable. Service, ambience is excellent. Few of the waiters are sort of rude but the majority are pleasant. Bakery products are average at the most. Most of the cookies are NOT made with ghee or Butter. The food is average to good, but one of the best in Shimla.

Had a wonderful experience at cafe sol . Mr nitish chodhary was an excellent server. He prepared the order exactly as explained which made us order more . Will surely come back because of this wonderful service and hospitality.

We arrived on 2nd April with our confirmed and paid booking and supposed to check in at 12 PM, however, the reception guys asked us to wait till 30 minutes as there is some repair work going on. After ***y follow ups, finally at 5:30 PM we got our room and a PENTHOUSE. We paid 17000 INR for one day and to our surprise, there were no towels and tissues in the toilets. The penthouse was dusty and looked as if it was never opened for guests. The bedsheets and blankets were changed at special request as they looked very dusty with hair and yellow stains on it. The house keeping staff is patient and efficient however, the ones sitting at the reception were extremely rude with no consideration for customers. Penthouse is Zero value for money. Rooms are still tolerable. We left the hotel on 4th itself to another hotel (Willow Bank which is much better) as the music in the hotel club is very disturbing. The staff at the reception is extremely rude and arrogant.

Dirty bedding: blood stains and hair Toilets: Pathetic cleanliness with yellowish towels Do not book PENTHOUSE: These are rarely used and mostly used for hotel storage as confirmed by one of the hotel house keeping staff. The location of penthouse is right above the hotel club and the loud vibrant music, screams would make your night into a nightmare. On ground Staff is helpful but ***agers at the reception are very rude with Zero customer service. Do ask for dining bills upon check out as when we asked, they collected from their trash bins for us to verify Bar is good while the food is average. You would find better options right outside the hotel. Overall: 1 star but their prices are almost like a 5 star

The first thing that strikes the visitor is the facility of lift provided by the hotel from the parking area to the hotel. If travelling by your own conveyance, the parkin is the main problem but this problem is taken care by the ***agement of the hotel. Courteous staff and delicious meals made the stay very pleasant. The best thing is the location. Right on the Mall, it's easy to walk around in the main city center.
