Food and beverage team brilliant good service friendly staff warm and welcoming restaurant. Splendid hospitality. Hotel a little way out of Shimla, but good taxi service and they will arrange to pick you up for return journey. Lovely views from restaurant and rooftop lounge

We love staying at hotel elysium. The staff were lovely. Mr. Bhupesh Nihal Ruchi Nidhi and Sachin. The food was really good. With the big choice. The hotel was very clean. And we love the little of sweets coming to our room at 6 o'clock clock. ❤️

Wow! Wow! Wow! The staff at the hotel could not have been more welcoming or genuinely friendly. So helpful and always smiling. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Easy to get into Shimla City and what views. A big shout-out to Nidhi, Ruchi, Ashiini & Mr Bhupesh. A credit to the hotel !

Lovely hotel. Very welcoming.Very friendly staff who aim to do everything they can to please and appear very genuine especially in the restaurant. Very comfy beds.Would definitely recommend it for a stay.great location for touring the area.

On our tour of the Golden Triangle, this hotel was by far the best. It is bijoux, however the decor and furnishings are exemplary. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is delicious and caters for all tastes. Just a 15 minute taxi ride from the centre of Shimla. The rooms are compact but perfectly adequate except for a lack of space for toiletries around the sink. The only thing missing here is a swimming pool or spa pool to relax in at the end of the day. We were with a group of 42 persons and everyone has really enjoyed our stay here. Kuldeep, Anil, Douraj, Bhupesh, Nihaal, Nishant, Nidhi, Ruchi and Harsita made us feel very welcome and loved.

Best staff and hotel ! A must stay in Shimla for great food and hospitality. The entire staff goes out of their way in terms of service. Mr. Bharat, Anil, Renuka and Muskaan and the reception are a great team. The food is amazing! And rooms are well maintained.

I had an excellent experience at the Hotel. The rooms were spacious and full of amenities. The F & B team took a great care during the breakfast and dinner. Overall would recommend anyone who is planning a trip to Shimla.

The first night at the hotel was very noisy but staff were very efficient on resolving the problem and we were moved to a higher floor and area of the hotel. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Staff in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast were very attentive and the choice of food was good. As you would expect the choice was mainly Indian dishes. The hotel has some lovely views of the area but it is located well away from the centre of Shimla which resulted in using taxis to get around. The approach to the hotel is somewhat disappointing and does result in the downgraded overall impression. Guests would be more likely to give this hotel 5 stars if the “rubbish tip “ on the ascent to the hotel be either removed or at least hidden from view.
