Enjoyed my stay, professional staff, Delicious food,all was good .we are enjoying Pandora hotel kufri .very very cooperative staff the food was amazing from breakfast to dinner all rooms rooms are centrally heated the front office staff was really helpful

Found this place in kufri after long search. . Well maintained and very beautiful property. Amazing view from the balcony. Well trained staff. Beautiful rooms. Food is also a plus point. Very happy with the services surely will visit again and personal care from Mr. Pawan was cherry on the cake... Cheers for all staff for making this trip such a memorable and enjoyable..

Amazing experience. Hygienic rooms and cleanliness. Lively environment with amazing views. Overall experience is great must recommended place to stay in kufri. staff is also good with us. Night view from the room is also encouraged us to stay more days there as we also extended our days to stay 😊

I have been here with my friends, place is newly built so excellent type of things are there to chill. Staff is top notch and the view from the balcony is just amazing. Do stay here when visiting here.

I have stayed at dozens of hotels in Shimla, but my stay at Agate Pandora was so far one of the best experiences here. Staff is friendly, very hospitable, always available and well spoken. Every staff member I met, be it the housekeeping or reception or other hotel staff, each one of them were well trained and helpful. At first what drew my attention was the name, “Agate”, which means “a wonderful gemstone to balance the mind, body and spirit as well as to help you slow down and center yourself” and the stay here totally stood by its name. The property is beautifully built and maintained inside out. High quality rooms, comfortable beds, clean environment and ample of space. Also, the vintage aesthetics were fantastic. Stayed here on 31st jan-1 feb amid heavy snowfall...arrived late in night and it was walking booking.the ***ager has courtesy to go off the way and get food prepared for us in night..also emenities and cleanliness was good since its a new property..they have centrally heated rooms so even in snowfall outside rooms were cozy...staff was very helpful...ala carte breakfast was really good. Do try their kahwa..thanks for a memorable stay.
