This property has a known infrastructure hot water issue that if the buildings aren't well occupied that it can take up to 30 minutes for the water to heat up because of the way it flows from one building to the next. We stayed in building B. We were not informed of that issue upon check in and my boyfriend tried running the water for 5-10 minutes and had to take a cold shower so we could make it to the wedding we were going to in the area on time. I noted this to two different front desk people but no discount or credit was offered to make up for the inconvenience. Otherwise, the motel decor is cute and the location to the local main street is great.

My experience there was fine overall. It's a 1950s style beachfront type of facility with I'm guessing minimal updates since it's initial construction. That being said it was fairly clean, convenient and comparatively cheap. I had a lot of trouble getting staff on the phone but once I did they were very accommodating with my reservation changes. I wouldn't ever take my family there but as a place to crash for a few nights in an emergency it worked out perfectly.

The property is a vintage 1950"s or 60"s property which was likely very attractive. Those days are long gone and the property is worn. The bed was very comfortable. The promised WiFi was non-existent and the response: "The router is out and we called corporate to get it fixed." Also, the advertised free breakfast is not offered after the summer season. This was not mentioned in the ad. The rate was among the lowest in the area and I understand why. If you only need a place to sleep, it is satisfactory.

check in was very quick. I had a problem with opening the door, someone came quickly and got us is.

The property was pretty good all over for price however the hot water did not work well at all was freezing I was just a little annoyed because when you want a clean place which it was comfortable bed which it was and to be able to shower those are the important things that are a must when booking a hotel so I thought they should’ve given me a discount for the hot water the front desk people had great customer service

Nice and affordable accommodation for a fun fall weekend in Long Island! We'll be back!

There was a very busy main road in the back of the property. You could hear the cars and trucks all night long

Everything and everyone was great. The only glitches were the Wi-Fi was tough and it took some time for the hot water in the shower to heat up.

We liked the staff service; they were friendly and eager to meet our needs. They need more houseclean in the bathroom area.
