All great. Beach is perfect, a/c is working. Beach itself is rather remote. Which is Ok.

酒店服務不錯，綠化很好，迷你度假村的感覺，定的是大床房，給了有一張大床和一張小床的房間，衞生間很大。不喜歡壁虎的話還是慎選。

TOTALLY AMAZING 🤩 great service, all the staff is nice and attend. it's located right in front of the beach which is very very clean, the sand is white and has beach beds available all the time, they provide beach towels and the prices for snacks and food are quite fair. The only minor issue could be that the breakfast buffet is the same everyday is still good and tasty. If you want to party MAD MONKEY is right besides. Clean, spacious and lovely. So satisfied!

A simple hotel on a spectacularly beautiful island. Lots of restaurants and food options close-by. My favourite was Happy Place.

Cozy and friendly atmosphere resort. The room was clean enough and comfortable. There was a club near the hotel so it was so noisy all night. I couldn't sleep well because of the loud music.

Amazing for couples! Will come back again in future and for sure can recommend this place to stay. Located on the best beach, wide and long, perfect for jogging or workout. Just one thing, if you booked this hotel, contact support center to make sure hotel received your reservation and has room for you. Reception spent 15 minutes looking for our booking and we were lucky to get free room. But other couple who arrived during CNY had the same situation and due to holidays resort was fully booked. They must stay and shared room for few days to get their private room.

Отличное расположение отел, лучший пляж! Неплохие завтраки! Номера конечно уже очень уставшие и явно требуют ремонта из за этого считаю что цена слегка завышена на данный отель.

Just Near to long set beach, good property

I DO NOT RECOMEND!!! We ordered 2 single beds and they gave us one big bed and told us its our problem! They promised us extra bed but we didnt get one!!! They are really mean and told us to go somewhere else because THEY dont have What they had in their offers… its SOOO DIRTY! WHEN I SAW THE BATHROOM I WANTED TO VOMIT!!! THIS IS !!!NOT!!! 4 STARS AND ITS !!!NOT!!! WORT THE MONEY!!!!!!!!

Everything good except only check in service abit slow. The staff should have prepared the pre-online customers a head. Otherwise. I’ve spent 45mn to wait for check in.

The value, relation between what you pay and what you get needs context and of course is subjective. You need to compare with reviews of similarly priced properties. As an experienced world traveler my expectations depend on context and the marketplace. For the island it is “midrange” but compared to other places I’d rank it a bit lower. Pros: Usually good electric power, few brief outages (they seem to have a generator that pops on when needed) lovely mostly clean beach (in front of property) Extremely friendly and helpful staff Good restaurants nearby Decent included breakfast but basically unchanging from day to day. Affordable. Cons: beach areas nearby properties can have litter. For a “resort” not having beach towels aplenty in the morning is annoying. Very dated, rundown in places. Overall lack of attention to detail: Peeling paint, cracks in the pool deck, broken beach chairs and tables, not enough beach chairs or umbrellas has guests trying to hoard them. No massage or spa area. Things that would cost little or nothing to improve are not done: collecting discarded beach towels continually instead of leaving them around clearly unused. Broken wooden beach furniture can be repaired with a few nails. Bottles and other debris on the beach could be picked up more frequently. Two of the most popular drinks in this country are cold fresh, coconut and iced coffee, or even hot coffee, but these are not offered strangely enough, in the restaurant even though there is a lovely little shack next-door that does a great iced coffee. Even on the roadside you can five people selling icy cold coconut, so why not have it here? Yesterday at about 1 o’clock we went for lunch, and they told us that the kitchen shut down for some reason, but that we could have pizza. We didn’t want pizza , I had already picked out what we wanted on the menu but they could’ve told or put a sign up or something right? So we went to one of the places down the beach and we had an amazing lunch. In the evening we decided to get a pizza from the Scarlet restaurant and they told us they had no pizza. So things here are hit and miss, and that’s great if it doesn’t bug you. There is a “fitness center“ with a couple of treadmills and some old rusty free weights. This is something that would be so easy to improve but instead I write a review. This is only fair, since these are the things that they tout in their promotions. I was going to bring my cat, but decided I needed to leave my cat behind (that is obviously a very personal situation) because there was a very clear policy that said that no pets. When I got here I found that people had brought their dogs and other stray dogs are constantly running around , sometimes fighting each other on the beach, as well as being allowed to roam freely in the restaurant and beg for food at your table. I have stayed here for about a week, so it wasn’t enough for me to quit and leave, but I probably would not come back to

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were lucky to get ajoining rooms. The close proximity of the beach was so convenient. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The options at the restaurant were really good. We had a very early departure, but the hotel arranged a packed breakfast for us. I would definitely recommend staying here. This stretch of beach is perfect with less noise than other beaches on the island.

This is definitely a budget resort and needs a facelift- However, service was impeccable and friendly and it’s a lovely atmosphere to stay in, you can easily look past the imperfections. Buffet breakfast every morning, room made whilst your at breakfast and beach towels provided. The Mad Monkey hostel is next door if you are looking for a bar vibe, and the resorts to the left side of Koh Rong also have good happy hours. There’s not enough beach beds to people staying so try nab one early, but we loved laying around the resorts beach area with the island dogs and ladies selling food.
