An incredibly beautiful hotel but what made the hotel was the exceptionally friendly staff and service. They made our stay superb and lavished us with a beautiful birthday cake for our celebrations. Everything was perfect -and eat at ECCO - best 2 star Michelin restaurant we've been to ever!

I had a memroble stay , it is located 5 min away driving from the city center so you get a zen feeling .You are surrownded by houses ,trees covered by snow . Not a busy area. The hotel size is meduim ,again i got this cozy feeling . Rooms are contemporary style and all staff members are friendly and attentive. I just wish the hotel offered a shuttle service to take guests down town if they need to .However , the hotel offers a shuttle at the guest’s disposal to the ski rental survetta house and takes you back when you are done skiing.

Very charming property. Wonderful service, literally steps away from St. Moritz. Excellent service. No problem in checking in early. Very well-designed and very practical. Would love to be back again with family.

We loved the exceptional service and ambience at this incredible resort. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The quality of food in the restaurants was fantastic. They offered a good selection of wines with a variety of different options of cuisines.

Quaint and picturesque hotel spread with all amenities expected in a five star property. Very friendly staff ready to assist. Marvellous food options in the property and nearby. A short drive to the center but removed to enough to enjoy an alpine setting.

We had an amazing experience! Great service, wonderful staff, and a relaxing a**osphere. The spa was exceptional! The hotel provides complementary shuttle service to and from at the Suvretta Ski School near the Suvretta Hotel. The hotel is located far from the city center and there are no services near the hotel (like A** machine, pharmacy, or mini market). Easiest way to commute is by bus. Taxi/Uber are not readily available.

We loved every minute of our brief visit in Champfer. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and it's an easy 10 minute trip to St. Moritz. Everyone was so nice from the driver, to the reception desk to the bartender. Our room was so cute with a great view of the mountains, we spent as much time as temperatures would allow on the balcony gazing at the beauty of the snowy mountains. Perfect quick trip to St. Moritz.

Du fake classe made in jetset. Beaucoup trop chère. Bruyant ,exotique à souhait. on est partis le deuxième jour sur cinq. Balcon plein de neige donc inaccessible, suite donnant sur une route principale.
