Orchard Scotts Residences by Far East Hospitality

It is such a pleasure to be a guest ar Orchard Scotts for almost year. The client service and attention we receive every day makes you indeed feel ‘home away from home. Staff is professional, caring and always ready to give you that extra service which distinguish OS from other places. And where do you get from staff a birthday cake, crisps and drinks on your birthday ! That’s what I mean with service and care. Thanks to all staff for making our stay one to remember.

I have the pleasure to stay at Orchard Scotts Residences in room #14-19, it was a wonderful experience. The housekeeper and supervisor, Ms Qiuhong and Ms Nor are friendly and helpful by providing a clean housekeeping service. The environment there is also pleasant and it's quite close to the Newton MRT station (about 5 mins walk). Will recommend to friends and relatives if they are planning to stay in Singapore. Keep up the good work!

I would like to praise Eleen, who works in the management office. She is super friendly and helpful with anything. She always greets people with a bright smile, which makes me feel good too. This place is located near Orchard, so it is very accessible. The famous Newton Food Hawker Center is also nearby. There is a very nice swimming pool, good facilities for barbecues and gatherings, and gyms for exercising. Very friendly management is helpful. I was very satisfied with the few months I spent there.

Crystal and Silver are very active and helpful employees. I and my children did not feel alienated because they were by my side, always offering to help us and facilitating our affairs and all our requests. I hope to see them in higher positions. They deserve all the appreciation and gratitude from me, my children, and me. About the housing, it is wonderful with all the facilities and excellent services. I think it is distinctive in Singapore. But there is one law that I would like to reconsider, which is forcing the tenant to sign a long contract for three months, and that forces, but the rest of the things are very, very wonderful, and I thank you all for those wonderful services.

I had the pleasure to stay in Orchard Scotts Residences for over a year with my family. The location is very central with its close proximity to Orchard. We enjoyed the facilities especially the swimming pool and sauna. During our stay, Eleen, Christel, Silver, Amrit and Hamdan from the management team have been hospitable and very helpful. They even brought us cake on our birthdays! We will remember fondly the time we spent here.

I had a good time staying at OSR with my family. The hospitality we have been offered is really great One example I want to share is the house moving we had. Due to the needs of two single beds in the guest room, we changed our apartment in the middle of our stay. Amrit from The management team and Hamdan from porter team had been a great help. Even if the weather was hot and we had lots of things to move, both of them had been nothing but considerate, helpful and professional. Amrit has a background of customer service from SIA group, I could really see the SIA standard of service. Hope far east would recruit more people like him!

I arrived Oct 2021 and have stayed here up until May 2024. Fabulous place, nothing but positive comments. Great facility, lots of amenities, incredibly convenient location, and the absolute best part is the staff. Great management, awesome highly responsive mgt, and a cleaning staff friendly with attention to detail second to none. I would stay here again given the opportunity. I’ve traveled for over 30 years and through all of that give this operation my highest rating. Hats off to Azura and Nor, and the entire staff which really made this home for nearly three years. Five stars!!!

Great location and wonderful helpful staff. The building is a bit dated but for Location- right next to Newton mrt and walkable to Orchard it can’t be beat. The pool is huge too! The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help. Thoroughly recommend!
