First the positives: Hotel is charming, kitschy and cute. Not a "run of the mill" hotel, and I really appreciate that. Neat room, and farily spacious for one person. Very friendly and helpful people in the reception and at breakfast. Thank you! Great location, a few minutes from the Holiday Inn stop (for the airport bus), a couple of minutes from the CTC mall with loads of different restaurants, record store, grocery store, etc. Both the old town with the bazaar, and the modern part are really walkable from here! There's a few small snags: Key cards were hard to use, or hard to make them "react". Struggled with it about every time. It's possible to turn up the temperature in the room, but there isn't air condition so you could turn the temperature down. The hotel and the area isn't very noisy, but the walls are thin and there was a constant "rumbling" sound. So even though the bed was comfortable, I didn't sleep much. I asked for a (very early) wake-up call the last day, and didn't get any. Luckily I was up anyway, but I could have been in trouble...
