Great place for a short trip!

Hotel was great….had one problem the young lady that checked us in name Taylor had a terrible attitude if she can’t work with the public she should find another job

Bally's overall was good but not having access to a microwave was not good at all. I was totally shocked that the commodes were lower than other major hotels that we had to call for a chair riser. Never have I ever had to do that. It was an experience I will never forget! We had asked the front desk for some bottles of water to take to our room and the gentleman said he would bring some bottles to our room but no one ever came and as seniors, we had to take our medicine, plus we drink water around the clock do we don't get dehydrated. We go to dinner at the Sugar Factory restaurant but no seats available which is understandable for a Saturday evening, so we opted for the bar instead. I asked for a strawberry margarita or daiquiri and the bartender said their blender wasn't working! You mean to tell me all that money the hotel/restaurant bring in, the hotel couldn't go to Family Dollar or another store to purchase a blender! Too much.....Not good at all. There is always room for improvements. I came to Bally's for my birthday surprise but got surprised in more ways than one. For breakfast, we got talked into going to Countrie Eatery down the street. The BEST hide-a-way restaurant with the BEST food and people and GREAT affordable prices for all. Missing Dover Downs more. Good luck.

Had a reservation for a Wednesday and Thursday night, after a long drive I arrived at 2pm - hoping to get some rest in the room before a business dinner - tried to check in and was told that check in was at 3 and that i could check in early if i paid an additional fee - asked if there were rooms ready was told yes, asked for an accommodation due to the drive getting there, another no, was told again that i could check in if I paid the additional fee or i could sit in the lobby and wait until 3 pm to check in - this wasn't a busy weekend and the hotel wasn't crowded -

Lovely hotel. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Very nice room set at comfortable temperature. Windows face west so curtains had to stay closed. No matter, view is of parking lot and roofs of attached lower buildings.

Other than no microwave and limited food options within the resort Monday and Tuesday, it's a good place to stay.

Hotel was clean and safe, the wi-fi was easy to access, dining was convenient restaurants were located on the premises, parking was plentiful.

Hi booked 3 rooms and i stayed in room 557 it was every noisy you could hear everything from the room next to mine, they were up all night talking and it was very very noisy.

I like the fact it was quiet and clean. I didn't like the fact, theirs not enough parking space, and not enough late night eateries
