The hotel is value for money, ground floor restaurant provide yummy food..The roast pork set is super good 👍.The only con is No kettle in room. and hotel doesn't provide..

The Richmond Arms Hotel is an impressive heritage building set in this historic town. The room itself is quite comfortable but with shared bathroom facilities. There was quite a delay in checking in as the room was not ready but the bar compensated with a complimentary beverage. The hotel is very popular for lunch and dinner with guests and other customers and the food quality and variety is high. I was very grateful for the staff’s assistance when I misplaced my bank card. The only odd thing was that they featured only American sports on the large TV’s in the lounge but no one seemed to notice or care.

I have started here twice and both times were pleasant. The first time the room was a bit small but had everything you need, the other the room was massive and very comfortable. The bar and restaurant has a nice vibe and the food is good. Well located to get to Richmond and surrounding sites.

No staff on duty after closing time. No tea/ coffee unless the bar is open. No wardrobe or ANY place to hang clothes, wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at this establishment.

Situation was great to see Richmond & close to Hobart airport which is why we stayed there. Unfortunately one of the shared bathrooms (shower) didn’t have hot water in the morning (6am) and the light in the area where you wash hands was not working. Bed was comfy & would have loved to go on the veranda to look at the views.

Very spacious. Good location. Only downside is there’s no reception.

Beautiful old building well renovated and appointed. Plenty of room for family with separate bedrooms available.

Very annoying during the night bypassing car

這家住宿性價比還可以，可以免費停車，周邊吃的玩的很多，風景非常美麗，里士滿真是一個很不錯的小鎮！！！
