今回のイタリア旅行で一番気に入ったホテル。チェックアウトの時間になるとフロントで「チャオベッラ」と言ってくれて、部屋を掃除してくれたおばちゃんもとてもかわいくてキスしてくれました。

素晴らしい経験でした。衛生設備は毎日掃除されており、とても清潔で、シャトルバスもあります。

ホテルのフロントデスクはとてもフレンドリーで、チェックアウトのときに車を呼んでくれました。本当に高かったですが、場所を考えるとそうかもしれません。 ホテルの部屋のインテリアは清潔で整頓されており、価格性能比は非常に高いです ホテルのプールがとても気に入りました。山と川に囲まれているような気がします。とても美しいです。 部屋の最初のヘアドライヤーに問題がありましたが、最終的に部屋は私たちのために調整され、サービス態度はとてもフレンドリーでした。

The room is old. Far away from centers. They charged us 25 € extra they said it was tax on drinks we took but didn’t say anywhere that if we take water and one cocktail we need to pay tax. The man in the reception wrote the amount with hand writing on the final bill at checkout.

Amazing place to stay and their hourly shuttle buses to the city was a great addition. The staff are very helpful and had an epic pool.

Just returned from a 2nd visit at the superb La Solara. Located in a quieter part of Sorrento around 3km from the centre supported by an all-day hourly courtesy bus. The quality of the hotel is so good in virtually all respects. The rooms, lounge, restaurant, pool areas are excellent. The staff could not be more welcoming, helpful and friendly. Antonio and Tina on reception, Giuseppe and Dimo in the bar and all the guys in the restaurant and the cleaners all did a brilliant job and we thank them for making our stay so memorable once again. Thank you all !!

This hotel is almost 5 stars because the food is exceptional in the evenings! Some of the best food I've ever had and the main reason we chose this hotel. The rooms were a little dated but spacious and clean and we were not in them long. The pool area is nice but we didn't use it much. The complimentary shuttle bus service is great down into the centre of sorrento as it is a bit too far to walk along the main road.

Everyone had told you what a fantastic hotel this is. The food, the staff, it’s spotless! No saving sun beds it’s such a treat! We enjoyed all of the musicians as well, lovely young woman who sang twice while we were there. Loved the gala dinner round the pool, preferred it to the one inside but the hotel had to listen to everyone’s preference so we understand. Lovely Francesco, Dima and Giuseppe for their wonderful service every day they work so hard! Thanks to the lady in reception for coming to help us with a room issue so swiftly! Our room was lovely, overlooking the pool and the largest balcony I have ever seen! We’re back home and saving up again now. If we return to sorrento we will be back

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The service was amazing. We arrived very late and one of the serving staff stayed up to make sure we ate some dinner (cold meat and veg and fruit). It is five minutes outside of Sorrento, but they provide a regular bus to and from town, which we used a lot. The location means it’s a little quieter, which is nice. The views are beautiful, the pool and pool area was great. Lots of space and good service everywhere. The room was good and clean with a nice little terrace. The bathroom seemed a little out of date, but everything worked fine. The dining and entertainment areas downstairs were great. The decor was a wonderful mix of 1960s but it was immaculate, like it had been decorated last year! The dinners were very pleasant, with the food seeming to cater for older Brits, I would say. They brought out a cake and had everyone sing on my husband’s birthday. They have a pianist one evening, which was lovely. I can see why lots of the guests come again and again. A really gorgeous place.

After seeing the website, we were excited to be staying at this property, until we got to our rooms. Pros: - Beautiful view from the breakfast room. - Pool -Snack bar and bar poolside with good food/drink options. -Snack-bar staff very friendly. -Pool towels provided -Hotel bar with big screen TV. Great for watching soccer matches. -Hotel restaurant -Shuttle Service. -Shuttle Service would drop you off or pick you up anywhere along the route to/from city center. Cons: -Pictures aren’t necessarily what you get. None of our rooms had a view. -Front desk staff seemed to know how to say “No” or “you can’t get there” Rarely greeted you as you went past the desk. -Mattress was hard as a rock -Door to one room looked like someone tried to break the lock. -Not really a family hotel. -Pool staff (lifeguard/bar) and breakfast staff did not seem happy people. Rarely smiled, greeted, or spoke to you. -It cost €50 just to get a cab to come up the mountain. So if not along shuttle route, it would be too expensive to get there. -Road not safe to walk on, for small children. Stayed at three other hotels in three other cities over the 13 day stay in Italy. This hotel was far below the standards of the other hotels. Very disappointing.
